It's super easy to use, really easy to understand, and it works! I love that it's an extension and I can turn it off and on really easily.

I literally can't think of any. You can't really connect via more than 1 country it seems. It has also automatically turned back on after a session when I didn't want it to.

The last straw was when Microsoft Antivirus reported that SurfShark had installed the lodi virus on my computer. I was on a "chat" with SurfShark tech support - I was passed through several people, Henry, Ernest, etc. I told them I no longer trusted SurfShark because my antivirus was saying it installed Lodi. After more than two hours, they absolutely refused to refund my remaining payment of 40 dollars. I can't imagine how much they pay their tech support staff, but 40 dollars seems like a small amount that they could refund to make things right. So sad!

I like the "concept" that I am securely connected to a VPN when I am away from the home, or at a coffee shop.

SurfShark has been generally slow and unstable.
Many sites like Amazon, just fails to load. So I have to disconnect SurfShark, then go to Amazon. I'm constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. Really frustrating.
Freezing where page refuses to load. I disconnect and the page loads.

Surfshark is a premium VPN with good speed and an excellent set of features. It is also available on a large number of devices.

Since I’m not a fan of paying to streaming platforms, but I wouldn’t want to get a fine for torrenting as well, I decided it was time to get a VPN. My main criteria was one that would allow torrenting, so Surfshark was one of the options, but what got me, in the end, was their low price. Free streaming works, torrenting works, can’t complain about the price, so far so good.

Haven't been using this VPN for long, but so far, I'm happy that I ended up choosing this provider. The interface design is pleasing, the app is easy to navigate (I feel like it would be pretty easy to explain how to use this app to my parents, maybe even my grandparents). I prefer torrenting movies, but my sister really wanted to try streaming on Hulu. Because I got a VPN, she was finally able to do it. So far, for both of us, everything worked without interruptions.

Pretty decent speed, supports P2P, the price is comparatively cheap, can be installed on your home router.

I have not experienced any drawbacks so far when using this VPN.

After reading their blog, I found that you could get better prices (flights, rentals, and similar stuff) if you use a VPN. Of course, I needed to check if this is true, and it turned out that it is (after quite a bit of trying, I must say). I can plan a trip or two at the most being a broke student stuck in a lockdown, but I’m still pretty happy about the prospect of saving a couple of dollar bills here and there.

Overall great VPN service which truly works to watch any streaming content from all around the world and actually changes the IP location of the users.

Surfshark is strong VPN which unblocks almost every geographically blocked service of any country through its large servers network.

Although VPN service of Surfshark is great but the recently launched smart DNS service is useless and doesn't works at all.

VPN is compulsory for me when I connected to an unsecured public network. For this Surfshark gives me effective privacy and data protection which a single connection. It also gives me the ability to access restricted sites.

I never encountered any problem with this platform.

At first, I didn’t believe that having a VPN would help me solve this problem, but surprisingly it worked. You have to look for less crowded servers, but it’s easy to spot them, so it’s not such a big issue. On another note, I have only tried streaming on Hulu (it was able to pass the regional block), but I haven’t tried it with other sites yet.

Reduces ping when gaming and works smoothly on Playstation. Allows accessing Hulu streaming site.

Some extra features are not very useful in my case.

Been using Surfshark VPN for more than a year now, I had some ups and downs, but overall the ups outweigh the downs. I wanted something easy to use and understand, cheap, and have at least 5 devices you could log in (as I was planning on sharing that account with my roommate). I thought that Surfshark was worth looking into, and in the end, I got their subscription. Everything worked fine, but there were some issues with speed in the beginning, now I have to say it improved a lot, so I can torrent a movie in a couple of minutes.

Unfortunately, I started from the hardest to access platform Disney+, instead of Netflix, Hulu, or any other. I was lucky because I found a promotion in a forum, which gave me a discount. I was also happy I had the chance to pay with Bitcoin, didn’t need to do it, but I just wanted to try it out.

Cheap, can access a lot of streaming platforms (including Disney+), lots of subscription payment options.

You have to work a little to access Disney+ in order to get an account and be able to pay for their subscription, but in the end, I managed to do it, and that’s the result I was looking for.

Overall I am a satisfied customer of Surfshark VPN as it always provides secure connection with great speeds for my online activities. It also has a decent numbers of servers and locations, so we can choose any locations as per our requirement.

Surfshark VPN has all the functions required for a modern and effective VPN service and that too at a nominal price as compared to other pro VPN services. It has well organized and easy to use applications for all type of devices and provides all type of modern VPN protocols.

FireTV version of Surfshark VPN application needed to be updated and function of whitelisting need some improvement.

Good benefit-cost ratio, was surprised to see many features offered by the pricier VPNs included in this one. You can't choose a specific server to connect to, just the country (and city in some cases), which is good enough for me. Streaming speed has been great so far, using it for Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu.

Surfshark provides excellent speeds when we connect to VPN through it's servers and doesn't affect the overall experience of internet usage and streaming at all.

There are some limitations in whitelisting feature in ATV application, which need to be rectified.

I’m a Surfshark user for a bit over a year now. The service had its ups and downs, but it was nothing that the customer support couldn’t fix. I mainly use it to stream on Netflix, but during quarantine, I decided to try out other streaming platforms that are tied to specific regions (Hulu, BBC iPlayer, Sling TV). All these streaming platforms were pretty rad, but I have to admit that Sling TV really impressed me, might have to switch.

I like that the no logs policy was proven by an audit, also found customer support very helpful when I contacted them.

I wanted to try the free trial out, I could only find it on the mobile App Store and it was for 7 days. It was enough for me to decide if I liked this VPN though.

Auto connect feature on device wakeup doesn't work properly for android TV app.

As a user that is not that tech-savvy, I was searching for something easy to use and operate. In a couple of Surfshark reviews, I saw that it was mentioned as a user-friendly VPN, that’s good for newbies, so I decided to risk it. I definitely wasn’t disappointed. Coming back to the features they offer, I can say they are pretty nice, although not always very useful for a tech newbie like me. The reason why I use Surfshark the most is for streaming on Netflix. Guilty as charged!

From all the additional features only used cleanweb, which I have to admit is pretty nice when trying to avoid ads.

What I liked about this VPN is that it has some features and benefits that other VPNs don’t. The unlimited device logins is definitely a bonus. It has this feature that blocks ads for you, and I read there are also some features, which help you track your accounts and inform you if you get hacked, but you have to pay extra for them. All in all, a pretty nice VPN, would recommend.

Overall Surfshark is a good buy and comes with very much decent features in affordable prices. Speeds and security and availability on all operating platforms are also one of positives in Surfshark VPN.

Surfshark is new in the market of VPNs but still provides best features and will compete with the old giants in the market. The price is also very reasonable and specially 2 years subscription at discounted price is really eye catching for SurfShark VPN. Wireguard protocol is another plus added recently by the Surfshark and provides maximum security and connection speeds with ease.

The issue I faced and notified to customer services of Surfshark too is about split tunneling of applications in TV applications, as they don't detect all the installed apps for white listing purposes.

I've owned a Surfshark account for a bit less than half a year, but so far it's been good. I don’t torrent much because I use Netflix a lot, so my main amusement now has been to jump through different servers to see what new content I can find. Also, I like that the app has some indicators close to every server to see how crowded it is, so if I notice some slowness I change to a less crowded one. Simple.

Has indicators of how crowded a server is, cheap, easy to use.

Sometimes, the Netflix library wouldn’t change, but then I realized I needed to clean cache & cookies and everything was back to normal.
