Good app but there are alternatives

    Updated: May 26 2020
    Summary

Our organization uses this extensively and the ability to install it over any mobile device is an added feature. The app is cross-platform and is intuitive.

    Positive

The ability to not be bounded by organizational contacts and connect with outside vendors.
The ability to share media/code over IM.
    Search text in IMs

    Negative
