    "New" change is worthless and exploits T-Mobile customers

    Absolutely horrible and now almost totally ineffective since it's now a pain in the ass to use. Since it's now so horrible customers are not using it as much so I'm back to being continually bombarded with scam calls. Great going T-Mobile. 👏

    Original Scam Shield was phenomenally good and effective. I used to get pretty much no spam or scam calls before they change it to exploit customers with ads and make it too difficult to use. The new Spam Shield is worthless.

    Now that greedy exploitive T-Mobile has changed the once very easy to use Spam Shield customers apparently no longer use it, so now we're getting constant Scam calls. Since T-Mobile has gone this way to betray it's customers I'll be changing phone carriers at the first good offer from another carrier.
