Date: Jul 28 2021SummaryI've used other TSplus products for a few years. When Remote Support was released, I was the first one in line. It has worked out great!
PositiveTeamViewer subscription costs were killing me. Remote Support has a one-time purchase fee. That alone was worth it. It's also really easy to setup and manage. It's reliable. My support guys and end-users had no trouble at all making the switch.
NegativeI would like to see a few additional features built in. I've communicated with the support team and submitted some feature requests. If my experience with other TSplus products is any indication, my features will appear in the next couple revisions :)
