    Summary

    I’m a bartender and I actually left my job because of this system. This system cost me money, the tip screen would be skipped randomly. I would stand there restarting the tablet and the customer would be waiting because it stopped taking payments. Customers don’t like waiting and it’s like the people who set this up don’t realize this. Toast is so easy to use everyday is smooth a problem happens hardly ever and it’s super fast.

    For managers they can use Face ID to make discounts. You can remove things people don’t want on their food easily.

    Negative

    This system is extremely slow, I would keep customers waiting all the time. At least 3 times during my shift the tablet would stop taking payments. Splitting checks, ringing in and taking payment was time consuming and complicated compared to other systems. Removing items already rang in where difficult the managers would have to sign out completely to take something off or discount.
