    Annoying and waste of time

    Bad. I do not recommend . There is no easy access. The reporting process is annoying not quick and tenants don’t have the time to sit there and speak for the robot and also you have no proof that you’ve reported this maintenance. This could be an issue for tenants needed to go to tribunal or breach and issue because there is no confirmation you’ve even lodged, maintenance

    They really are no Pros to this product in my opinion. As I don’t use this in my daily work as a property manager I can’t speak of the side of the property management but as the tenant this is a ridiculous product.

    The system takes away the ease of reporting for a tenant. It is a lengthy process and a waste of time talking to a robot. The app should automatically log straight to a property manager not a silly chat with a robot. I don’t have time for that as a property manager as well as a tenant I’m so glad that I don’t have anything like this for my tenants at work. they do not provide any confirmation or proof that you’ve lodged maintenance and this can be detrimental to a tribunal case or a breach that needs to be lodged by a tenant against an agent.

    Summary

    High pressure tactics with a bait and switch model. The platform is underwhelming and no one on our team liked it.

    Thankfully they let us out of our contract when we pressed them as they had no way to enforce it.

    Avoid at all costs.

    Positive

    The sales pitch, they were great at selling us the solution knowing that it didn't do what they said to us.

    Negative

    Everything they say they have they don't. They have fired most of their staff and the ones they have tell you anything to get you to sign up.

    Once you do you realise it is all smoke and mirrors.

    They pay people to say they are great in forums where we found out about them, but as it turns out they don't use it they just promote it for a fee.

    Basic and lacks functionality

    Summary

    Poor nasty low end tech. We have given lots of feedback and they never listen. Same program for 2 years no new features of improvements.

    Not much it is just old and no real functionality. They tried to build something but are distracted and haven't updated it for ages.

    Negative

    Pretty much everything.

    Clunky, no updates, slow and everyone disliked it.
