I was tasked with saving our department years ago and found maintenance care for a fraction of the price of the software we were paying for.

The program is very easy to use. The user interface is in no way overwhelming. The app on the smart phone is a great added bonus feature.

There isn't much to not like with this software.

I've heard employees talking how easy and quick it is to submit a work order. They have the link on their desktop so it is literally at their finger tips.

The ease of use, for myself and other employees. Biggest feature I like is being able to set reminders up. Very nice for filter changes.

I can't think of anything I don't like. I've used a few other software systems and most had holes in them. Maintenance Care doesn't.

Great overall happy with service and app wish more apps were like this have used for years and will keep using.

Works great easy to use and great support very quick to respond to any problems you may have staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Exporting graphs sometimes works but staff gave great workaround nothing much more then that everything just works.

The app is a great service, easy to manage, easy to learn, able to review past notes, able to make notes for completed tasks etc. Will use again

The app and program worked well, it was very easy to use and easy to maintain for using to ensure tasks were completed and reviewed with notes etc.

Sometimes the system would have some tasks disappear but was not often.

This system is extremely easy to use for our entire team. It keeps our team on track and the communication is clear and easy for us.

Very easy to use for everyone! Our maintenance team enjoys the ease of use, and I am sure our residents appreciate their concerns not getting over looked.

I do not have any concerns. Maintenance Care is very easy to use and effective to keep us on top of all things large and small that require our teams attention.

The overall experience of using this product has been good. The only issue would be connectivity for the app in our old building, which is nothing to do with the program.

We don't really have any cons to mention. The program continues to work good years later.

I have been using this product since 2018 and it has met the need for my staff and myself. We have enjoyed using this product to get our work accomplished and we have a written report for council and committee meetings showing our progress. This product has helped us save fuel and windshield time going to get a work order completed.

My staff and I really enjoy using this product, we can see work orders on our phones and not have to be at a desktop computer. Another benefit is that we can plan what materials we need to take to a site and avoid loss of time and fuel. The last benefit is that we can enter notes, costs associated with a work order and close it off our phone as well.

I would like to have the software we have to include a method to have scheduled work that needs to be done periodically.

I use it every day and without it my job would be a lot more difficult, the features cover all of my current needs

Many options including scheduling alerts and easy sorting. Ability to change status without opening the ticket

Nothing really stands out as a negative, if I really got picky, I could probably find something, but I am not that picky

I have no cons, as this program keeps my maintenance department on track.

We have been using Maintenance Care for many years and have been very happy with it from the initial setup, through the ongoing communications and updates. We plan on using for years to come.

It is easy to setup, easy to use and easy to make changes to as your needs evolve! The report functions are great and we use them regularly. Scheduling repeating tasks is a snap.

To date we haven't really had any issues or problems with the software.

The program helps the maintenance team ensure all requirements under the FLTCA are itemized as part of the preventative maintenance tasks to ensure we meet regulations/ guidelines.
Easy to use program that we have installed in all our nursing units so that anyone can enter a maintenance repair request and nothing is missed.
Tracking monthly and quarterly tasks helps us as well in our quality improvement, including documenting equipment repairs to ensure we are using resources effectively for the life of the product.

Maintenance Care makes my job easier and less stressful. I can access the program even when away from work allowing me to make a plan before returning to work after days off.

It makes my job more organized and much more efficient when prioritizing work orders. Making sure projects get completed in a timely manner making it easy for me and the people putting in the request.

It would be nice if was able to add photos to projects and access them for before and after.

It has helped me to get better organized. I like being able to get it on my phone and email so I don’t ever miss anything that needs to be done.

Being able to look back at old requests and see patterns in my maintenance routine this has helped me with my routine maintenance.

I can’t think of anything that I don’t like I believe that this program is useful for anyone that gets into it.

Software usable by maintenance staff who don't like to use software! Logical format and easy to input and extract data.

We have been using this program for many years and have enjoyed how it has developed and grown as our industry has advanced. We have trained our staff with easy, and they have bought into the importance of completely utilizing the program to the fullest.

The only downfall, at times, is that we are in BC and support, I believe is on the East coast. Sometimes when there is a complete glitch, it takes a bit to have us back up and running correctly. We rely so heavily on Maintenance Care that we definitely appreciate when the program is returned to normal use.

From the initial set up 7 years ago, to today, the experience with Maintenance Care, its support team, and developers, has been terrific. The webinars are an excellent way to discover the latest in updates, technologies and their application to the day-to-day usage by front line staff and administrators.

When ever I come up with a road block, I am able to overcome it with Support and Customer Service. There aren't too many times I've had to so no real cons here.

We carry a list of items to be completed. The software has allowed us to keep track of the tasks and the fact that the technicians can upload a picture of the performed task is great to keep track of the performed work.

Keeps track of tasks, we can add pictures of the completed task and allows to set reminders for pending tasks.

When a filter is applied it retains the memory of the filter. Sometimes is difficult to find a task if there was a filter applied and not cleared.

This is one of the best maintenance software programs that we have used and will continue to use for our company needs.

Covers all of our work order needs and helps with tracking of our needs. Easy to use by all staff members and the app is a breeze to install and use.

We have no cons to report for this product it meets all of our needs.

I am pleased with the program. It has kept our maintenance crew on track and allowed us to not let anything slip into the "black hole".

Great tracking tool, we are now able to properly track and monitor all open issues on the property!

The app could be a little more user friendly, especially for field guys . Inventory tagging could be simpler too maybe a drop down to assign inventory to specific work orders.

Great software to keep track of repair, service and warranties. Excellent tool to track maintenance repair and warranties.

Easy to input requests and follow up on any outstanding items. Keeps track of progress. Especially with fleet vehicles, and large properties that require multiple resources to accomplish tasks and maintain.

Nothing comes to mind as a "con" maybe some videos to train new staff?
