    Dramatically improved follow up by maintenance and ability to track the team's performance has been a game changer from what used to be a very frustrating situation.

    The interface has worked very well for our two facilities. Having the system gives every employee from top to bottom the power to get problems addressed quickly and efficiently by direct communication to our maintenance supervisor. Every computer in our organization has a desktop link to the system.

    I don't really have any complaints, There really is minimal training required of new employees, so that typical frustration with software applications has not been experienced by us.

    We love the product. I can easily look 24/7 to what issues have been put in and manage even from home on the weekends, if someone in the building can take care of until maintenance is back.
    Very easy to use for staff and keeps them moving throughout the day.

    Product is very easy to use and track open as well as closed work orders. Maintenance loves it because it saves them time from staff having to come find them, or take a lot of time telling them about an issue. It keeps maintenance more productive.

    Overall, it provides a way to track work and time for use in billing. It is easy to use for the basics, however, I am sure that it is capable of more than we have been able to implement. We don't have any IT trained staff, and we are all very busy, so if a function isn't super easy to understand - it doesn't get used.

    It is a consistent method of tracking work and hours for a large maintenance staff. The filters are useful in finding and matching work orders. It syncs on the PC, tablet, and phone.

    Negative

    The reporting portion is difficult to manipulate. It doesn't calculate hours when a Work Order is worked over multiple days, and we have to rely on the staff to update the time spent manually. It would be nice to be able to duplicate work orders for routine repeated tasks. It would be helpful to be able to mark several work orders to update or print, instead of one at a time - also to be able to mark a list as invoiced. I think this is the most inconvenient part for me.

    Overall, I would say our partnership with Maintenance Care has been a success, we are able to keep track of vital equipment maintenance and keep machine down time to a minimum. As a facility manager that is always the goal, keep machines running (limited down time) and keep costs under control. There is also accountability as reports can be run to see who is getting tasks complete and who is not.

    The software is easy to setup and operate. We entered all of our assets (Shop Equipment) into the software and created, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks for the operators that run the equipment. We also setup tasks to remind us to contact vendors for more complicated annual PM's and services the equipment may need.

    There are a few bugs the developers are still working out but so far nothing that prevents us from using the software for our needs.

Additionally, we farm around 5-10 acres of field flower seed production annually. With so much equipment and machinery to maintain, we chose Maintenance Care as our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for its user-friendly design, flexibility, and robust capabilities in managing our equipment assets. The web-based portal allows easy access from both PCs and mobile devices, simplifying our workflow. We particularly appreciate the simplicity of scheduling preventative maintenance tasks. We've also empowered our employees by giving them access to submit maintenance requests through the web portal, enabling quick and efficient communication of repair needs. Pricing played a significant role in our decision, as the cost is very reasonable. The support provided has also been excellent.

    We are pleased with the current product & its performance. Some of your competitors are doing lunch & learn sessions with SMEs & using real live manufacturing examples on performing PMs.
    Your current web based learning is OK, but not all scenarios are covered.

    The support when I do have questions. The price was very competitive to other CMMS systems. Training was made available to the greater team. Having a below min report is also very useful to have.

    I wish that the part location would have a separate field rather than embedding it within the part description.
