Our facility spans over 2 acres of greenhouses and includes approximately 22,000 square feet of office and laboratory space. Additionally, we farm around 5-10 acres of field flower seed production annually. With so much equipment and machinery to maintain, we chose Maintenance Care as our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for its user-friendly design, flexibility, and robust capabilities in managing our equipment assets. The web-based portal allows easy access from both PCs and mobile devices, simplifying our workflow. We particularly appreciate the simplicity of scheduling preventative maintenance tasks. We've also empowered our employees by giving them access to submit maintenance requests through the web portal, enabling quick and efficient communication of repair needs. Pricing played a significant role in our decision, as the cost is very reasonable. The support provided has also been excellent.

The system is user-friendly and facilitates consistent, efficient management of equipment and machinery. Key features include preventative maintenance, asset management, work orders, parts inventory, and analysis to determine whether equipment should be repaired or replaced. The support has been excellent, and the cost is very reasonable.

For the size of our operations and needs, we haven't encountered any negatives.

We are pleased with the current product & its performance. Some of your competitors are doing lunch & learn sessions with SMEs & using real live manufacturing examples on performing PMs.
Your current web based learning is OK, but not all scenarios are covered.

The support when I do have questions. The price was very competitive to other CMMS systems. Training was made available to the greater team. Having a below min report is also very useful to have.

I wish that the part location would have a separate field rather than embedding it within the part description.
The Custom reporting is not available yet.

Overall, I'm happy with MaintenanceCare. It does the job without being overwhelming. It's responsive and does what you need.

I joined a site that was already using this tool and found it easy to get integrated into their use of it with almost no learning curve. Especially for managing tickets, it's very simple. The mobile app is also quite usable for updating tickets on the go.

It doesn't have heaps of customizability, and many ordinary organizational changes would involve creating a new site, which incurs additional fees.

Our company provides maintenance services to a number of schools and with the addition on Maintenance Care it has greatly simplified the work order and communication process. As a manager, I can keep tabs on work orders at all of our properties, which makes me aware of any customer issues before they arise.

The user interface is so robust, that it is sometimes difficult to find what you are looking to set up.

This is by far the best R&M management system I have ever used! The simplicity for all levels of the team to use and keep our teams informed.

Would like to see an option to add photos into the maintenance requests! An area i would like to see added would be a budgeting platform allowing for planning and forecasting purposes. It would be great if it could provide recommended repair companies and generate quotes based off of needs for R&M.

Maintenance Care is an excellent tool for a dynamic company that needs to track and record maintenance work allocated to personnel and assets across any size of facility.

My overall experience is good. Maintenance Care is a very useful tool for our work efficiency and for keeping records of past work done.

Maintenance Care keeps all of our work past, present, and future assigned and well organized. I'm able to assign tickets to multiple staff at different facilities and look back at the progress of those tickets as needed. The app makes receiving tickets almost instantaneous, and I'm able to enter them if needed when I'm away from my desk. I especially appreciate being able to search history in multiple different ways. Using scheduler for future and/or ongoing tasks is helpful as well.

Can't correct comments in the tickets.
Staff that work in multiple buildings are only able to view tickets in one facility at a time.
The delayed status option has not worked very well for us as it doesn't switch over to new on the date that the ticket is set for (unless that has changed since I last tried it).

Works well with our facility maintenance department, as we are able to see all work orders that have been entered.

Keeps all of us in the loop of what needs to be fixed, what needs to be looked at or what are emergency for our organization.

I don't have much concerns about the app, although i dont use it as much as the other staff do.

Overall, MaintenanceCare has surpassed by expectation and set a standard for any work order management system.

A very efficient, centralized system for handling work orders and communication. Definitely recommend this software to people who want to take control of their work order system and operate in a highly efficient manner.

Date formats would be nice to change. Other than that, can't think of anything else!

I wish it could automatically connect with our accounting system to bill residents directly.

Great software and customer service experience. The software is very easy to use and very easy for our office tenants to adapt to.

We started using Maintenance Care June of 2022 and been very happy with the software ever since. We utilize this for our Performing Arts Center Facility and streamline all maintenance request and projects through it. We also are starting to use the asset feature to keep track of all of our equipment and supplies. I highly recommend this software and company! Also the customer service is like no other. They are always there to help and have a positive and nice attitude with anything that may arise.

From initial exploratory call through implementation the technical support and customer service was exceptional. A great product and a great team!

The software is very user friendly, easy to navigate, and intuitive for the end-user. The customizable reporting has been valuable to our clients, providing insight they had not had before.

Switching an organization from paper to electronic is a challenge. The option to continue to print WOs, for example is good for these users, but can delay the transition.

Would love to see a notes for ongoing issues. Also have a flagging system to indicate ongoing issues.

Organization is key to any good maintenance software and this one is great at most aspects. We use this daily.

It may need more customization within some of the drop down menus. the option to name drop down menus would help.

Overall the program has helped us over the years to quickly respond to needs of our residents. Will 100% recommend.
