Today, Feb 3rd, 2026, this is the first time I sent money to Australia bank to buy something.

I had used Taptap send for a long time, sending money to different countries: Vietnam, Thailand, Philipine. Sometimes, it’s fast, sometimes hours, or even days.

It has been 5hours since I processed the money transfer with TapTap to Australia. The app showed me that “the transfer is expected in a few minutes”. I took the screenshot and sent it to the seller in Australia.

After 6 hours, the money transfer is still not completed, weirdly. I contacted the Customer Service immediately to get help. However, the staff was so unprofessional. She couldn’t directly answer my question relating the app procedure. I asked her why the app showed the false/ incorrect information, she couldn’t explain nor answer truthfully. She started being frustrated to the point that there was someone next to her asked if she was ok, she said yes with a sigh. I mean, what did I even did to her? The call was recorded, you can all listen to it for the company’s own goods.

It’s my money, and I trusted the app to use the service, and this is how I was being treated? What a crappy situation. And if you think that’s the end of the story. No, it’s not. Few minutes later, I clicked to the app to check for updates. And the message punched my face harshly: “We're temporarily unable to send transfers to Australia, but we're working to restore service as soon as possible.” Why don’t you show this message before I decided to use Taptap, but other money transfer app?

Is it a joke to you, TapTap? My money is with you and you decided to delay the transfer even longer. The seller has waited for a long time, if she decided to sell the items away, and then later she received my money, what would happen to me? Do your company even think about the service user‘s sake for a second? It’s all scam to this point

Taptap Send you are the worst remittance company i have used in 17 years.

No pros. Worst Company ever. Your transaction can go missing and no response for 2 and half months. No customer service. Same robotic response every time. 7 days response time is a lie. Never use this company. Taptap Send you are the worst remittance company i have used in 17 years.

The delay is excessive and I am not happy with it.

My transaction has not been delivered or returned to my account in the past 3 days.
This payment is so delayed that I have never encountered it with any other money transfer, except for this one Taptap Send. I have made an effort to contact customer service, but the issue remains unresolved.

The money has not been transferred even though I have been contacting customer service for three days.

At first, everything seemed perfect with Taptap Send until I had to deal with their customer service. My account was suspended simply because I used 2-3 payment cards, all registered under my name. When I contacted customer support, they requested some documents, which I promptly provided. However, without properly reviewing them, they still decided to suspend my account.

When I asked for a specific reason, I received no clear response—just a generic reply stating that the relevant team would review my account within 7 days. After that period passed with no update, I followed up with several emails, only to receive the same copy-pasted, scripted responses with no real resolution.

This has been the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. If you want to avoid unnecessary headaches, I’d strongly suggest using more reliable, local remittance providers instead.

Good rates, compared to other remittance app. App interface is also user friendly. No other pros in this crap app.

No customer service at all, don’t send your money through them.

This not a service that I can recommend to anyone. My transfer is held for over 5 days with no hope of when I'm my money in my account.

Zero support when your transfer won't come through

I sent my money using tap tap Dubai until now it hasn't arrived for 5 days when i call them they making my number busy, no service is given to me everyone telling me different things.

Not advisable to use this app when you really need to wend money that are in need.

The worst app to use when you want to send any money to anyone is the call tap tap. I will not use them again.

Just to send few dollars tap tap want you to travel to indian to meet the receiver before they can send the money to the receiver of which i found its nonsense. They should try to improve their service

Taptap Send was unable to complete my transaction saying technical issue and taken around 10 days to inform me. Keep telling that the transaction will be today, When i was calling them. Now the currency rate is dropped and i have to send money with latest rate which means i am losing money with the current rate. I send money with you because of same day transaction even your rate is bit lower than others - there is also a good rate with other senders with standard transaction. After i raised the issue, you cancelled the transaction stating technical issue. But not resolved the issue of me loosing money. Very disappointed

It is not a good way dealing with an issue when I raised a complain of long delays in transaction as You cancelled the transaction instead of resolving it. It seems like the rate are too low than the period i requested this transaction.

Currently poor service currently my account is minus $2000 that I sent in February 5th 2024. Could someone out there please fix this.

Poor customer service am trying to get help here but I get the same response that someone will get in contact I have made calls & even emailing no support at all. All I need is someone to reverse cash blocked in my account so I could stop having negative balance & be able to use my account.

Not getting a customer support solution if they can block cash why can’t they unblock.

They will be slacking and tell you they escalate the case because the recipient unable to pick up the money and this case will take forever and you will never receive your money back!

Please don’t use this app, the first transaction will go smooth, second one too but 3rd they will steal your money.

The customer service and the whole app is a scam, they steal your money don’t waste your time and money.

I have done transfer transaction to India from UAE. unfortunately I have mistakenly put wrong account number. I request multiple times to do correction the account number or approach for refund. It seems they want to scam it for minor mistakes.

Free of cost. Online operations will help you. They are giving promo codes to users.

The way they reply to your mail. Always same emails which is auto generated. They won't read your email. Seems likely use it at your own risk. Customer care are not supportive.

Never fall for their decent transfer rate against providing your sensitive information. They will store your information and after a while they will simply block you from transferring money to your family and friends for no valid reason.

Decent transfer rate with no fees to attract customers. Not a trustworthy platform for your sensitive information.

They take your sensitive information for opening your account. After a few successful transactions they suspend your transfer permanently for no valid reason and they call it “security reason”. You call them multiple times to proof your legality you challenge them, but they would neither accept your challenge nor give you any explanation for what particular reason they suspended your account.

Bad super bad experience you have to return the money and give some updates i will never use this again.

They won’t help or even act like they will. They won’t let you talk to a supervisor or have them call back they just say they’ll say the same thing. Even though it’s there fault they ban the account horrible customer service.
