Very good to make tattoo appointments. You can input all the information an artist needs to make their design without the headache of learning new complicated software.

Easy to use program, nice feature to give every artist a personalised account. Clean and structured lay-out. Getting started goes smoothly because Tattoogenda is user friendly. I can not go without in in my shop anymore :)

I like how the product fits to my needs of my tattoo shop.
It's easy to book clients and with my premium subscription my customers receive an SMS and email as a reminder for their appointments.

The only con I have is that I didn't find it earlier than I did :D

To start with, I must make two important points - I exclusively use Tattoogenda as a tattoo artist, and do not engage with all the features of the software concerning booking procedures and payments processing. Additionally, I have been using the application solely in the studio associated with its development for several years. Consequently, with experience using various earlier versions of Tattoogenda, I can confidently assert that the most recent version finally fulfills my expectations as an artist.
The program is equally user-friendly on both laptops and smartphones. All the necessary information required to create a tattoo project and communicate with clients is readily accessible with minimal effort. The interface is intuitive and uncluttered, allowing to navigate without wasting time on help articles and tutorials. Notably, the accounting-friendly financial reporting is commendable. Therefore, in my view, Tattoogenda would be suitable for most service-oriented businesses, serving as a convenient and functional upgrade for those currently utilizing free general-purpose calendars.

It's hard to say without using the full functionality, but there is nothing to complain about on the tattoo artist's side.

Definitely the most complete program for both shop manager and artist. Very satisfied with it and super practical!

This is the simplest program I have ever worked with to manage calendars of multiple tattoo artists. For example, each artist has their own color which keeps everything very organized. Multiple types of appointments can be booked (tattoo session, touch up, check design, talking about design, ...) so also for the artist it is immediately very clear what is expected from him/her at this moment. You can also book appointments that only occupy the agenda for fifteen minutes (for example, a check design) so it doesn't take up too much space in the agenda and you can schedule multiple projects in a shorter time.
Furthermore, this is very easy to keep reference material of a project, it never gets lost and the artist can view it at any time, anywhere.
It is even possible to keep track of clients' payments in the calendar, so there are never any financial misunderstandings between clients and shop managers.
In case of problems you can quickly contact the support team who will immediately start to help you.

There are a lot of options in this program, during the first few hours of using this program everything may seem a bit overwhelming. If you take a little time to look at everything, you will find that it is all quite logical and you will quickly get the hang of it.
The first few weeks the program did require regular updates. Of course this is normal for a new program and ensures that any bugs are fixed immediately.
It seems that in the meantime everything is running perfectly as it should!

Very good program, I couldn't work without it now. Best to have the connection between redemption, client and artist.

Very easy to use, makes a quick view of all the appointments of all my artists, and a clear view of my guest artists coming.

I needed some time to adapt to the system, because all the possibilities. Now I can only use the agenda for everything even to ask the advances and book them in the appointment.

After working on the project, I see that it has a lot of potential of reaching many interested people, and I can tell that the support users might need from Tattoogenda will always be very good.

Visually and functionally, Tattoogenda has a lot to offer to many kinds of tattoo studios, from small to bigger ones, and you can keep everything simple if you don’t need to use all features.

New users might need some time to feel how powerful it can be.
