    Summary

    Overall, I highly recommend Text. I had the opportunity to test two other tools as well, and Text turned out to be the most versatile solution.

    Positive

    I like the AI-related features; they work much better than those in the products I've had a chance to test. I'm particularly impressed with the agent features and the excellent live chat. The application is easy to install and configure.

    Negative

    Price could be a bit lower. On the other hand every single tool on the market is more expensive now.
