All good. We haven't needed to use the support was the system is so user friendly. We are very happy with Textmagic.

It's so easy to use for all of the team whether they are office based at a PC or out on appointments using the app. It does exactly what we need it to do - keeps everyone in the loop.

It is a great experience for all of our employees to get texts out. I definitely recommend this to other business owners.

I like that it allows me to add multiple lists and include existing contacts without having to input the contacts over and over again.

I would say a good thing to do is give the options to add the contact to different lists without having to go to each one individually.

Have been very happy with TextMagic for many years and would have accepted a reasonable price increase to reflect increased running costs. However, Sender ID jumping from zero to £10 a month does make us consider alternative solutions.

Amazing app. We use it in recruitment (telling candidates to check their email for interview details) as well as communicating with the staff on a regular basis. We have been able to record training notes and send the link to the relevant staff to watch and learn. During Covid it really helped us to keep in touch with our staff (150) who work at 5 different locations giving a consistent message and encouraging feedback.

Updating distribution lists from an Excel spreadsheet could be better explained but I work around it OK.

I was happy on the second time I used it because I had help from Tech Support and everything worked great.
I would recommend to new users, make sure you have all your contact information in the message and your website, every time.

I am using this in a church environment. I retired as a computer engineer, but have been a Pastor before medical issues had me step down. I am now a member of a great church but lacking experience in technology, so I have stepped into the role of technology there.
Of course, sending a message to many people at once is a wonderful help to get messages out. I am using TextMagic to get invites and messages out.
I have only successfully used it once, but I believe it will be a great help with growing the church with new members and visitors.

The first time I used it, the messages did not go out. I did not have everything set up correctly, but of course I did not know that.
If TextMagic could come up with an abbreviated instruction set TEXT and VIDEO with a check list to make sure everything is set up. They may have one, but it is not obvious to get to. Maybe a button for first time users that says Quick Setup.

As above, this is quick, efficient and easy to use. We have 800+ members that are a part of our company and we use TextMagic to make contact with them all.

Aggressive payment scale often captures payments without consent.

Lack of complaint/STOP review process.
We have lost customers due to erroneous STOP/Cancellation messaging, only to have them come back to resubscribe. We would very much have liked to have had a chance to respond to cancellation requests to ensure that a user understood the process. There is an implication given that we are spamming users and that is neither true or applicable.

Excellent. Love using the program. Web and App capabilities are good. Helps coordinate training and compliance requirements.

Personalised name message field works well and get the attention of the recipient. Adding document links is great. I use the scheduling feature extensively for sending timely reminders. It's good to see analytics e.g. how many messages were received, monthly reports etc. Great value for money.

Short character length before adds as another message. Low cost doesn't create a big issue. Can't find where to change the sender ID when sending messages from the App. Nothing else of note detracts from the program.

Overall I have been happy with TextMagic and at this point switching would be a lot of effort, so I stay.

TextMagic is no frills, that's what I like about it. Pay as you go (with a monthly fee for your line).

The website can sometimes be confusing. I used to recommend TextMagic to everyone, but feel unsure after they raised their prices. Sure, it is still overall very affordable, but as a fledgling business, every dollar counts for me. One of the reasons I initially chose TextMagic out of all their competitors is that I could receive incoming texts for free - that is no longer the case. Additionally, I can't figure out a way to talk to customer service without having to pay to talk to customer service, that's kind of disappointing.

Such an easy platform to use and very intuitive. I'm not a heavy user and only use the platform once in a while but I highly recommend it.

The platform is simple to navigate. It's straightforward uploading cell numbers, creating and list and go!

Honestly, there is nothing I can say should be improved.

I enjoy using the product to reach out to people. Gives another source to reach out in an easier method.

The product is easy to use and allows you to keep templates if you do multiple texts. Great way to reach people.

Recent price increase and foreign currency fees. I keep a balance but when I need to increase my balance, I have to pay foreign currency fees with the payment amount.

Initially a very positive experience and would recommend to others. Now that the pricing structure has changed, no longer recommend. We are a not for profit business and unable to keep using this program.

Very easy to learn and use. New staff picked it up quickly.
Ability to hold conversation or send a no reply SMS. Was good to have both options.

Pricing structure.
We used to be able to send an SMS under our dedicated number or via a shared number. The pricing structure changed and we then had to purchase individual numbers for each account which was no longer cost effective. We have now switched providers.

TextMagic is a vital component for multiple businesses of ours - the chat feature is great for managing conversations with our suppliers and customers.

Very little I don’t like in all honesty - occasional outage is annoying.

I use this to relay email alerts to sms text on my Verizon phone. It can be difficult to pass filters and sender checks when using automated systems that relay from my mail server. I can count on my sms messages getting to me.

This is just my special use case but TextMagic is working for me and has for the last few years when I could no longer relay direct to my cellular sms.

Passes my email to SMS through Verizon cellular. I need reliable deliverability since these are alarms I'm being notified of.

I have no complaints for my use case. It just works.

One suggestion - please consider perhaps a 3 or 4 month term (at higher cost per month, of course) as many companies only need this for (as in our case) the most critical winter months.

As a retired I.T. exec of 30 years this is (respectfully) what a "Quick and Dirty" looks like.

Simple - quick, RELIABLE, without worthless 'Bells and Whistles".

Great text messaging but the most useful part of it is the scheduling of texts and the test message templates.

I love that I can schedule a text to be sent out, in the future, and that I can create contact lists.

I really don't have any cons for this software. I really enjoy using it.
