The overall experience at Thinking Cap has been excellent from the sales team to the onboarding. As newcomers to the E-Learning space since the pandemic, Thinking Cap staff were very understanding and walked us through the steps multiple times to ensure we got a hang of it.

The greatest advantage to us was that Thinking Cap allowed for many different subsets under the main LMS and each department could fully customize and personalize their own experience and have their own URL.

Developmental talk may have new customers confused initially but once the process moves along the staff is very helpful in breaking down and explaining all concepts.

Day in and out I get thousands of Learners in and out without trouble and that is what matters to me.

The LMS is able to meet all my needs and has the ability to support my very complex needs. I set up new items with entirely new Learning Paths almost every week. So far I can't see any rule I want to add they can't support. When I do need help their support team is always right there for me.

With so many domains I jump around a lot. The software could do better by putting multiple domains into one view for me. I know this is picky.

Overall, our experience using the Thinking Cap LMS has been a rewarding one. This product has played an essential role in the growth and success of our e-learning business.

Speed can sometimes be a factor - whether uploading a file or making a change, or loading a page.
Support tickets can sometimes be slow-moving through the system for correction.

Great and friendly team. Thinking Cap are constantly creating new features and improving existing ones.

Thinking Cap is a very comprehensive enterprise LMS, which allows you to create different domains with different brandings as well as URL customization. It has a user-friendly interface and has many features that suits our needs.
The support team has an excellent knowledge of the LMS, and tickets are usually dealt with in the same day.

The are a lot of features however user guides are not always available especially those which cover newly developed features.
