    Summary

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE> DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I'D LIKE A FULL REFUND AND CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION!!

You download this app on your iPhone and make the payment of your choice for what you want to do with this app. Then Open the app on your iPhone to get started and you're given a list of options to choose from shown as a squared bubble. Simple enough. It then takes you to an instruction page rather than completing the task that you clicked on. For example, you want to back up everything and under backups you choose backup all data and enter. You would think after clicking back up all data, that is what it would begin to do, and create the back up file, right? THINK AGAIN! So, back up a bit, the app brings you to an "easy steps to back up" instruction page. At the bottom of your screen it has a Buy Now link to click on, what for I am confused. I already selected what I was going to use the app for and paid for that simple package. Why am I being shown another thing that I have to purchase? Needless to say, if you're looking to try and do anything with this app, I hope you haven't already wasted your time purchasing this if you're going to be using a Chromebook because It just does not work at all. You cannot open the file and run the app on it at all because it is not supported. Not even with a piggy back app that will open this file. I've tried. So basically what i'm saying is I downloaded this app and chose what I wanted it for, BOUGHT the package I needed to accomplish the task I set to do and IT IS NOT EVEN REMOTELY EASY AT ALL NOR SHOULD I HAVE TO USE ANOTHER DEVICE, DOWNLOAD IT ON THAT AS WELL ALL BEFORE I CAN EVEN COMPLETE THE TASK? Why am I using another device to chose in the same application, what I want to backup rather than choosing what I want to backup directly from the device I want to save the information from and accessing the information from another device. That's how this process should work.
