    Summary

    Terrible I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of having spent so much money to get to the event only to find out at the ticket gate that my ticket has already been used at 4pm just after I had purchased it. Tixel does not let customers know what to do if a ticket doesn’t work and says they have a money back guarantee if something like this happened, and yet they replied a month later to let me know I won’t be able to be refunded.
