PositivePretty straight forward to use and selling isn't difficult either. Their support it very responsive and pretty quick too so from platform to support, I'm content and have had nothing but positive experiences.

PositiveI love the automatic fulfill feature when you link accounts. It saves time. It helps with making all your tickets visible in one location. Shows how much inventory you have and how much sales you have. It also shows profit and loss, and total revenue.
NegativeI don’t like how sometimes the listings don’t show on certain websites. Also the staff that is supposed to help is sometimes unresponsive or useless. A thing that one staff might say might contradict something another staff said. It confuses the user and also wastes a lot of time. Also the payout takes a long time.

PositiveThe platform is easy to use, I like the automations available like auto listing and fulfilment. the automatic pricing tool I like, the staff is friendly and willing to help. Communication is constant on sales and issues. The B2B market place is great.
Negativecancelled orders for no clear reason, hard to sell parking. I believe parking should easier to map and also automate. Fulfillment is not always smooth, the fulfilment team miss direction on ticket and penalties get charged because of this issues.

Would like to see a bit more improvement on the UI, and clearer indications of what all the options do, but they do have an extensive knowledge base covering the site.

The markup is fair for getting the tickets posted on all marketplaces without the potential for overlapping sales.NegativeWill not directly import my tickets. If I want an import I need to manually contact support. Probably more on third party than Lysted themselves.
