    Fine. If they made a genuine effort to support us against the exchanges, I'd be happier. They seem more loyal to them than to us. This is a VERY prevalent feeling against brokers I've spoken to.

    The tech and UI are really great, and the seemless connection to TM and barcode upload is really easy to use.

    An order dropping is so world-ending with Lysted that the few busted orders have outweighed the bulk of my profits. They seem to exert no effort in mitigating any loss, and their loss mitigation team is an oxymoron. They literally seem to make an effort to spend the most money buying replacement tickets. I've had a couple of instances where I found much cheaper tickets than the ones they charged for, and appeasing or complaining is a lost cause with them. They couldn't care less.

    Not difficult easy to list and sell. The only con is that the payout takes forever, and you’re not really giving any information after it’s been sold, it’s a awaiting game.
