Really enjoying Tocca.io. Would highly recommend to anyone putting together virtual events for your organization.

Highly customizable and flexible. Adaptable to different events. Affordable pricing and didn't take long to get launched.

The platform is still new so the functionality is still developing. Even more customization and configuration would be great. I like the focus on this aspect.

Overall it was a good experience! At then end of the day, it's important that the technology works and it did! The snafus I had were due more to my own learning curve, but they were quickly solved and we stayed on time! The attendees had good things to say about the event and I was able to create more traffic and conversions to my business.

The system was easy for attendees to use. The dashboard was clear and easy to navigate. Attendees could send public and private messages which was good for communication.

I liked that the studio had a media folder to upload and test media beforehand. Presenters could easily enter the studio without having to go through a login process. The banners were a nice feature to display the presenter names.

The Tocca team is great! They were very patient with me and the fact that I was essentially a one man team. Tommaso and Bob are REAL gentlemen and very supportive. They were very invested in my success. Even when I was delayed in my progress for set up, Bob kept me on track. He never got frustrated with me even when he was pressed for time to set everything up.

It's obvious that Tommaso loves to see people succeed! From our first meeting through the entire 3-day event, he made sure I could get this even off the ground the right way. He was always somewhere in the background looking out for me and very accessible whenever I needed him.

More than the technology, you need a great team and Tocca has a great team!

The only things I would improve on are some of the technological features. Much of this is being upgraded as I write this, so if you're thinking about using Tocca, these might no longer be issues.

The speakers could not see the attendee chat or Q&A, so I had to field the questions for them.
The schedule keeps defaulting back to the first event (Day 1), so attendees had to keep navigating to the current event even on Day 3.
The main stage played in every event even after the event was over, so attendees sometimes were in the wrong chat room which caused a few missed comments and questions.
It was sometimes difficult to see who was speaking in the breakout rooms and the raised hand feature wasn't as intuitive. A feature I'd like to see is small group "tables" in the breakout room. That would take networking to the next level.

Overall, this a great product and I would HIGHLY recommend it to organizations holding virtual events.

This was our first event on Tocca and I was surprised at how easy and natural it felt to use, high points for user experience. We had speakers calling in from international locations and the connection remained strong throughout our event. It maintained high quality video, which was quite impressive. The breakout rooms were a hit and the audience members were able to participate with ease.

It was a little hard to navigate between the breakout room and the lobby.

Overall, Tocca is a great solution for my company and I'm looking forward to using it for future small and large-scale events. If you're looking for a product with excellent customer service, this is the one :)

This platform is really a great solution for any organization that's looking to connect people in a private and secure way. I would highly recommend it to groups that are focused on networking, but it also works well for companies and orgs that want to add a bit of customization to their online events to make them feel more like online experiences.

Tocca is a great platform for networking. The 1:1 call function has really helped our organization connect our members in a secure and private manner. Users have had a great experience flowing in and out of multiple breakout rooms as well, which is not really possible on other platforms. And finally, the landing page is a great way to great users to an event... it allows us to promote our sponsors and link our audience to important action items.

I am just waiting for the platform to allow for users to customize their landing page. Other than that, it's great!

Love the company, their mission and the team. They are easy to work with, and they go out of their way to accommodate all of our requests.

Love that Tocca unifies the virtual experience across our entire organization. Plainly, when we run virtual events, Tocca creates an environment to make our employees/attendees/guests feel like they are actually 'on company grounds.'

A few minor flitches and bugs, which are no different from the growing pains that any early stage company experiences and deals with.

The event was successful with very few hiccups. The technical team was on-site to support the event. The attendees were happy with the presentation and found the platform easy to use.

The platform was customizable. It looked professional and was well organized. Video and sound were of high quality. The team followed up with helpful usage metrics.

Setting up the platform required a lot of communication with the team. A manual tool to allow customers to set up themselves and tweak little details would have been preferred.

Dynamic virtual event platform that I would recommend to anyone seeking an easy to use platform that won't break the bank.

I was able to set up an event very quickly with little training.
The platform was able to be customized to meet the specific needs of my event, including associated branding.
Multiple rooms allowed for a memorable yet intimate experience for the attendees.

There were a couple of technical issues that popped up, but those were addressed quickly by the support team.

Overall wonderful experience. My favorite feature is the networking lounge as it gives you the option to see the details of the person before connecting with them on the face chat.

A very unique feature that Tocca designed for us were the private breakout rooms, where each attendee had a different experience and would be able to interact with the guests she had confirmed the meetings with. That was beyond valuable foe our brand

The team at Tocca were very hands-on and supportive of our virtual event. Very responsive to any questions and despite there being some issues as we set up the platform, they were quick to fix. The integration with ShoFlo was awesome. The event platform is user friendly and clear. I'd recommend but make sure to test thoroughly in the lead up to the event.

Some development issues with timezones switching and some buttons now working, however, the dev team were quick to fix all issues before our event went live.

When we were looking at events platforms to host a very high end event , we explored the market inside out. We looked at all the options including the VR ones. Tocca was the only one that could help us create a near real life experience. We cared a lot about : ease of use but also real connection with people . Not only everyone found it easy to get on: speakers and attendees but also people made fruitful connections through the networking lounges as well as the custom one on one connections created per user (163 unique connections in one day). In addition to all this, their technical support team was beyond present and helpful, even when we had glitches.

Don't have real cons, we are happy customers. As even if there were technical glitches (expected with technology), the team was on top of it.

-Super friendly team on Tocca offered great support, especially Bob, who helped us with making a lot of last minute changes!

-User interface is easy to learn and navigate, making it easy for attendees to use Tocca.
-Technical support is offered during the event.
-Team is easy to reach out to - there were multiple touchpoints with Tocca along the way, which made planning easier.

-Shoflo for livestreaming was a bit confusing to learn. It was difficult for panelists on Shoflo for the livestream to engage with participants on Tocca. However, integrating Shoflo onto Tocca will be a new feature that will be released soon.
-It would be nice to enable administrators to send messages that pop up and is broadcasted to everyone on the platform, when it is time to switch breakout rooms and go to the next one.
