Amazing, the support (from Cassie) was next level!!! The platform was easy to use and visually very appealing. Made our "not in person" Conference fun for all the attendees.

Everything. Support was incredible, can't thank the team, especially Cassie enough. Would definitely recommend!

Some of the templates were fiddle to fit logos - but workable!
Maybe a list of document formats and sizes required up front would help with planning.

The presentation was professional and understandable. The PowerPoint slides were full of relevant information.

Papshpi has been with V-Unite for almost two years now. The experience and journey was quite challenging and eye opening. This journey in this trying times has made our society stronger and accessible to our members. Though the committee really needs to work hard in putting up the platform it is also rewarding to see our finish products. I am quite satisfied with partnering with V-Unite.

It was quite challenging at first to navigate and build the platform but eventually got the hang of it and liked most of its features. Even with a technologically challenged person like me I can navigate and build my platform easily.
I love the exhibitors booth and chat box which enables my Industry partners to communicate with my members easily.

Some features don't work as expected and needs to be reported for adjustments. But the reply and action was fast and swift.
The log in usually separates the names and emails which was quite challenging to my members.
V-Unite emails are usually going to spam and promotions folder and we need to explain this to my members.
Going to a different platform with the same browser is challenging because it re-directs you to the previous platform.

In an uncertain world that was only just out of, we took a risk to create a hybrid international meeting. Having V-Unite as part of the meeting meant that we could fall back on the Interactive virtual platform to run the event, with a live stream of key opinion leaders filmed and streamed through the platform. We loved the interactive nature of the event, and the ability to have an exhibition, in which our companies could interact with delegates throughout the day . We had over 200 delegates from all over the world, and our speakers came from Australia, Isreal, canada, ireland, UK and across europe. It was a truely international event. A couple of technical issues that were quickly resolved. It was overall a total success.

We created the meeting as a highbrid, with both LIVE stream and pre-recorded videos.
We had the support of an excellent account manager, Rachel. She was such an amazing support throughout the experience. Couldn't have done it without her help and guidance. V-unite went out of their way to make our event a success

Getting delegates logged in is always a challenge in the first 1 hour. This is not an issue with the platform, but with enduser computer set up.

Overall the presentation gave a comprehensive overview of what V-Unite had to offer. I felt the platform would be appropriate for both large and small groups who would have traditionally met in person but now needed to meet in a virtual world.

A very good explanation , along with visuals, was given of the product. It seemed that as a virtual experience it would replicate the traditional face to face meeting very well.

The "overfly" in the demonstration of virtual settings was, I felt, a little too fast to be able to take in all the detail.

A positive look at what I believe will become an even more important part of business and organisation approach to meeting and interacting.

Nothing. The presentation certainly met my expectations and was pitched to meet the needs [and technical abilities] of the other participants.

The platform was easy to use for both staff and patients. Patients enjoyed having something that varied from the typical webinar-based open house! We saw an increase in retail sales and had an abundance of positive patient feedback.

Great team of people who are ready and willing to help build out your virtual clinic or event. The virtual clinic was visually appealing and easy to navigate.
