I'm very pleased with how the system functions and meet the organization's need. They are often running sprints to improve the system and are open to customer recommendations for improvement.

The customization of their software is phenomenal, their customer service is top-notch and they are incredibly responsive to their customer's needs.

The implementation took longer than expected. This was partially due to the ability of customization and limited organizational resources to implement but they were there with us explaining everything and ensuring that we had what was needed each step of the way.

Easy to use, Feature rich and more updates constantly being added and customer service has been top notch.

All in one platform for building a course, managing events and even subscriptions around a product. It's replaced a few other tools we have been using to accomplish these main tasks which is great as they all required a subscription. Shout out to the support too as they have been great helping us set it all up. The learning material answers 99% of the questions which is great.

Not much really, would be great to see some small features introduced that I chatted about with the support team but thats about it.

Overall experience while using features like virtual classroom, grading, gamification, white boards and content libraries is a great fun and motivational for me and it always keeps me energize when I come in contact with my students through this tool.

Tovuti is an exceptional LMS which provides the learning process with motivation and fun for both instructors and students, and keep the participants energized. There are several renowned tools within the Tovuti LMS like white boards, gamification, virtual classroom, and media library etc. Instructors can construct their own content library or may also use very significant built in library from Tovuti for delivering their content in effective manner.

There are several significant and perfect tools available within the LMS and there are nothing left for the users to count as a con.

Overall Tovuti provides everything it promised for and fulfill the needs of every user very satisfactorily. I am one of the big admirers of Tovuti LMS and like it's every feature. I refer every person related to educational organizations to Tovuti. Must give a try to Tovuti as their LMS.

Tovuti is polished and well organized tool and has become one the best tool and in my view it will become the most important tool in future for fulfilling learning processes. When we onboard new staff we have an extensive training programme, but Tovuti helps to make this simple by breaking it down into courses and lessons that are easy to put together and create a truly engaging learning experience.
Quizzes and assessments are great ways to refresh our employee’s knowledge. Moreover, you can create virtual classrooms for live learning experiences. We have found this particularly useful due to the current COVID situation. Because of this we have been able to create a safer learning environment. Virtual classrooms allow students to interact with one another, share screens, draw on whiteboards, view webcams etc and Tovuti can take care of monitoring attendance etc.

We were also impressed with the additional events feature. Here you can create an event for your company with additional options to make it a paid event or add a waiting list. At our company we frequently like to create social events so this has been an unexpected but useful tool for us. You can also create courses that can be specifically accessed for an event too.

We honestly haven’t really come across any issues with this platform. Any questions or queries have always quickly been resolved with the fantastic support of the Tovuti team.

The features for the price quoted were great. Also it was easy to learn and didn't have TOO much - some other sites had so many options that we as a company didn't need and which were overwhelming as a learning admin

The course building software is easy to use, once I learned to do it the first time. I like the ease of signing people up for the site and how automated we can make that process, leaving less work for each admin. It is easy to track each users progress

Customer service is very responsive but sometimes does not know the answer to questions. I find I have to jump between pages a lot to get the software to do what I want.

Overall I would say that I am in love with this tool. There are many other learning management tools in the market and I had a little hand on few of them, but Tovuti is undoubtedly best among all of them with many reasons.

The first time I started using Tovuti, I start enjoying and loving its features which provides you a lot of peace for mind along with managing your learning needs. It has very attractive features and the fun in shape of gamification, white boarding and unique gradings tools.

Tovuti provides such an amazing LMS platform that we actually doesn't need any other additional software to fulfill our learning needs. Our organization used Tovuti platform for employee's online training programs by engaging them through online classes and lectures. This tool is also used by me for sharing and managing digital learning contents, conducting virtual classes and building customized reports and dashboards. Tovuti also provided a very interesting feature too along with learning experience to engage and refresh users, which is Gamification. My experience and assessment about using this tool is very positive and I feel it benefited in many ways in terms of learning, management and skill enhancement of users. Overall Tovuti is a very helpful and comprehensive learning management tool with many strong and versatile features within it. We used it to make our own content library by uploading our existing content and data bank of the organization, so every authorized user can access it with ease. Tovuti also solved the problem of sharing multiple presentations for helping in integrated and interactive study among the users .

Tovuti is undoubtedly one of the best learning management system in the market and although it is in developing phase and yet have to add up and integrate many new features, but I see a great potential in this tool to be a extremely successful tool in near future. We introduced this tool on trial basis a little while ago mainly as a corporate learning management system for employees, so that people can learn and improve their skills in different fields while work from home period during lock down and this tool lived up to expectations we had from it. We successfully conducted online training, virtual skill enhancement classes and dispatching of e learning content among users. Tovuti helped a lot in all tasks very effectively and easily. Another positive thing I noticed in this tool was that it has very easy to understand interface and tabs, so users doesn't feel any difficulty while managing and using Tovuti. Above all Tovuti has very professional and friendly customer support, who is always available to help you whenever you need any support or solution for any issue. There are many useful tools available in the Tovuti, among which I think Virtual classroom ,management of events at your own and integration of different third-party applications and single sign on are the features I liked the most in Tovuti.

The price of PRO Version of the Tovuti is bit high and need to be lessen as there are many other competitors in the market with same trade, which are cheaper as compared to this tool. Another thing which I would like to see in Tovuti is availability of proper applications for android and IOS devices for better mobility.

Overall I like the idea that there is a program that I can use to and create my own curriculum and transform it to an elearning experience.

What I didn't like is the price and how there is a charge so you are able to charge for a course in the pro.

Our clients are so happy with the platform and have enjoyed an easy, positive experience from day one. The client landing pages are highly customizable, so we're able to tailor each client's needs down to great detail. In addition to that, their team is phenomenal. They have been insanely patient and present with us through the whole onboarding process and beyond. They truly care about their customers and we haven't regretted the transition once.

We didn't have people with strong technical backgrounds on the team when we started with Tovuti so the learning curve was steep with learning the back end. It could be a challenge without a coding background.

It was a great experience. From talking to the sales guy and deploying the software. It was a breeze.

The ability to create custom software based off of Tovuti's APIs is great. As well the integration to SSO and IdP providers is a big plus.

Theres no headless options, though they do offer company branding.

Overall the experience from my end has been fair but I would definitely like to see changes made to the virtual classroom.

The virtual classroom needs more work. The screen sharing tool cuts off often, participants can get into the sessions to easily a waiting room would be nice.

Tovuti has each and everything a learning management system can have in it. We can do any thing and run any required action for smooth E-learning experience. It has all the features like classroom, video interaction, course outlines and grading systems with very attractive manners.
