I have been using Trafficshield for a while. It was easy to setup, and the dashboard is not confusing . Managing rules is simple, and I can make changes without spending too much time. It has worked well for what i needed so far.

the interface is easy to understand, rule setup is simple and making changes later is quick i did not need much time to get used to it, which made managing campaigns easier.
