I have been using TravelPerk for years and the service is very good. Since I started using the mobile app, I find it even easier to use. Ideal for worldwide business trips.

- So far I can't report anything negative, I'm very satisfied so far.

TravelPerk makes it easy to book flights and accommodation by clearly stating conditions of carriage, airline/hotel names, price (including additional costs) etc. They are fast in confirming reservations and passing on requests to service providers. Overall it seems like an excellent solution for work-related travel.

Sometimes luggage allowance is stated incorrectly for US airlines, e.g. a reservation says that 1 carry-on and 1 personal item are included whereas only the personal item is allowed with no carry-on.

Overall the service is great. I had never had any issue so far. Customer support was always ready and very professional.

Customer support - exquisite. Available at any time, efficient and helpful.
Website - easy to navigate in, quick and responsive. When you are waiting for your flights to be find you can play a minigame with a plane.
App - very easy to use, notifies me about Gates and my departures in advance.

I was not able to find any cons. This website is just great.

I enjoy using the service because of the friendly service that I always receive happy customers and they are always happy to help me out.

I'm satisfied with the interface and the service given. They offered best value of our money and very reliable for group or company paid travels.

Easier navigation and cheapest offer. They have varieties of selection and the interface is user friendly.

The email process if you travel and paid by the company.

I have had a great experience so far, when I have to change anything on my itinerary, TravelPerk makes it very easy to do so

Ease, great communication, and support. When a change is made, I am emailed immediately. I get to receive my reward points.

Hard to reach anyone on the weekends. If I have a last-minute change at work and it happens on a Friday evening then I have to wait until Monday to move forward.

I think TravelPerk is an excellent tool that simplifies what could be a difficult and complex process.

The ease of use and convenience of TravelPerk streamlines my travel requests and approval process. This is a huge time saver! I am able to find the best bookings, choose the best seats, and complete the approval process in a few clicks.

There isn't much i can say that is negative about TravelPerk as I really haven't run into any issues.

I have used the tool for booking flight tickets and requests to book a transportations (bus). Very easy and the assistants respond very quickly.

Tool is easy to use, it has nice filtering. I really like the quality of assistance and good support.

There is nothing yet I would dislike. My experience is very good.

TravelPerk is an easy to use application which makes it really comfortable to book travels and hotels. One of the biggest benefits for employees? You don't need to personally pay in advance and ask for a refund from the company afterwards. This makes it financially very interesting. On top of that, there's no waste of time filling out administration afterwards to get your money back.
Once travels are booked, they're nicely bundled in a beautiful overview of bookings.

The app provides an automated list of choice (hotels, flights...) that can be ordered in manyt ways (price, distance from centre...).
There is no need to pay in advance. Our company covers all costs, so as an employee I don't have to care about finances.
TravelPerk has got powerful search filters, making it easy find the most suitable solution for your travel needs.

Up to now I find it difficult (or even impossible?) to erase my search history. This is a little inconvenient, nothing more.
I would love to see a slight change in the filter settings. Right now "offers within company policy" is not switched on by default as a search filter. It would make it even more comfortable if that option was switched on by default, so search results immediately show the most reasonable offers.

The application gives you the best option for traveling and is easy to use and sort the result by different criteria.

A user-friendly platform where you can easily search for flights on different criteria. The prices are also good and the connections.

Maybe to include also a way to get to that airport to the city center and the other way around, to be easy to book your flights by checking also the bus/train/taxi prices and schedule.

I just love that I can do my travel arrangements all on one site. Reminder messages all going out in time.

Every little detail is well organised and makes it so easy to use. I just love how smoothly TravelPerk makes business travel for me. Their Support also is easily contactable and great.

The only thing I feel a bit weird about is seeing who stayed in a hotel of my colleagues or clients - depending on whether we booked for them. I don't really need that - or just the info from my team members.

Very recommendable. Fast and secure. Once you confirm the booking you can forget about rest. Very convenient.

Easy and fast. It works like SkyScanner and Booking, you just do the reservation and TravelPerk will invoice your company.

If something goes wrong or is out of the platform, the assistance can be a bit slow.

My overall experience was wonderful. The UI of the site is very interactive and absolutely easy to navigate through.

My overall experience has been very positive. The website is easy to use from the first time you launch it. Setting up a profile, finding flights and hotels, and booking the whole trip is all straightforward.

The interface is clean, simple, and intuitive to use. There are many helpful filters available to specify which flight and hotel search results you would like to see.

I added my travel document (passport) to my profile, but I still get a pop-up reminding me to add a document every time I return to the home page.

Entire experience was just fantastic. Would recommend giving it a shot and just relax and see the process flow through.

Was able to provide them with the information and received bunch of options to choose from. Entire process was smooth and reliable as i don't have to stress about booking and finding the hotels, and flights.

Little bit when it comes to plan for a family with children. Had to reach out to the agents to take care of the bookings for the family.

Very good experience for the user, intuitive tool and would recommend it 100%. I believe that TravelPerk is a super plus as a perk for companies to use.

Super easy-to-use tool, very intuitive and with a nice layout. I like that you can do everything on the same platform (booking flights and hotels).

TravelPerk has been amazing! Not only do they have awesome prices, they are there for every customer! When I had an issue with my flight details, TravelPerk came to the rescue. They helped me sort out the issue and provided the ease , support, and affordability I truly needed!

I love how comfortable I got when using TravelPerk. It was easy to navigate the system and I loved the layout. I obviously appreciated the way things were priced, which was incredibly affordable. TravelPerk made my trip happen without breaking the bank and providing me the support and reminders I needed before travelling to my destination! I will definitely be expanding my free trial!

I felt that TravelPerk was out of the loop sometimes - I enjoy frequent updates (maybe not on the status of my flight, but to hear from them in general), and I felt, at times, they were absent in that way.

Great experience, great customer support (from user perspective), great User interface; I would appreciate if some functions from the browser could be integrated in the app version, too.

Finally a business booking provider that finds the best connections, offers fair pricing and has a seamless integration with the major airlines.
I wish I could also book my private trips through that software.
If you need help on your booking (changes, cancellation etc.) the chat function is super handy and you speak to actual people not stupid bots (I love).

Multi-Stop bookings need to be booked one at a time in the app and some flights are not visible on the app but only in the browser version.
