For my first experience, I found this website easy to use, intuitive, and it took the guesswork out of planning work travel.

It was easy to navigate the website as someone who has never used TravelPerk before. I especially appreciated the email reminders to check in and the clear instructions for each step of the process. It was great to see the trip overview too, from transportation to hotel.

I have only used this website once so far but I don't have any cons to list at this time.

As a user, I love travel park, is way easier than a using a travel agency. Both mobile and web apps work perfectly, I can book my flights within minutes, or if I have to make a pause my trip is saved and I can come back later to finish the booking. Confirmation is almost immediate and approvals are simple as well.

Really practical, I can book my flights from the phone and get trip apporval within minutes. Love the slack integration as well.

When you need to make a change is not as simple as booking, you need to wait for an email response which according to your time-line may take a while.

Pricing and customer service is amazing. Our company does not travel much but for all travels, we will always use TravelPerk and recommend to our business connections.

Immediate response to questions and answers that are not auto-generated or scripted. It felt very personal and empathetic to our needs.

There are some limitation on use. The customer cannot book flights to their clients or so it seems, maybe it is a function that I am unaware of.

With their help customer support reduced the stress of planning and last-minute panic changes. Very easy to plan, add things to trips, and change. The information is clear and help is always available.

All my questions and changing needs were listened to and amended quickly and professionally. Little hiccups were very quickly solved. There was always someone to help with any little thing.

My overall experience is very positive, I've been using it for work, and the company in general is also very happy. Especially because of customer support.

I like how easy it is to find the flights and actually filter according to the desired criteria, I also like customer support because they reply fast and call you if you can't be online.

The only thing that I would improve is to send the chat conversation through email because once the chat closes, you can't see it anymore and there is no record of the talk.

I am a new user as I love how easy TravelPerk is set up. I have all trips and tickets in one place, very organised and easy to access.

The only additional feature I would love to have is a way to upload my receipts and manage reimbursement.

I cannot think of any negative things. The price was somehow a little expensive than other flight booking websites.

This is a simple solution to book corporate travel. The navigation is easy and is a nice tool for simple travel booking and travel approval.

The UX is simple and user-friendly. Nice integration of loyalty cards travel identification numbers, and other personal items automatically associated with travel without having to think about it!

It doesn't seem to be able to hold the prices during the approval process, which some of the more well-known travel systems can.

Somehow easier than booking on your own. The mobile app is amazing and super easy to use on iOS platforms.

I literally booked my work travel as last minute as I could, and I got instant approval and confirmation. They even send you a PDF of the credit card for the hotel.

I wish I could consolidate accounts. I have a personal and a work email account.

I find this to be a really user friendly platform. I travel a lot for work (at least 10 days out of every month) so I often have a lot of expenses to report from a variety of different kinds of vendors. All you need to do is collect your receipts while traveling (I'm old fashioned - I collect all of my paper receipts) and once you return, for anything you want to expense to your organization, include a picture of the receipt and a brief description of what it was for and you're done!

Whether it's an international receipt, whatever form, Expensify will consolidate everything into one report. This makes it incredibly easy to consolidate everything into one report which streamlines and simplifies the information I need to provide my organization with so that I can be reimbursed in a timely manner.

I am not able to change who my expense report gets submitted to and this would make the process easier for our team.

Overall amazing experience, I did not expect everything to go so smoothly! Will recommend this platform to my friends.

I booked my entire trip (flights + hotel) in under 10 mins! Additionally, I was able to see who from my team is staying at the same hotel for my dates, which is a great extra feature!
