Our experience with Tremendous has been fantastic. Would recommend this app to anyone regardless of their work area.

What I really like about Tremendous is how easy it is to use. We have been using it for almost a year and we use it almost every week if not everyday. It helps us ease the networking part of our business and open doors for new business.

Something we would want to see improve in Tremendous is being able to see if a gift card was redeemed or not.

Pretty good product overall, among the best, if not the best on the market. We've been using it as a part of our initiative program for a few years, can't complain.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Tremendous. They are always on top of getting any bug issues fixed quickly and efficiently. There have been times that I receive an email that there was a bug and I didn't even know! Plus, by the time I hear about it, it is already fixed. my customer support agent is extremely helpful, and we have quarterly meetings just to check in and see how things are going. But, whenever I have a question or issue come up- she responds in a timely manner, and is personable.

I have been working with Tremendous for over 2 years now, and it is so easy to uses! We have used both digital rewards, as well as bulk physical rewards. their fees are less than other companies. You can set up for multiple aspects of your business (we use it for 4 different locations), make campaigns for whatever you are compensating for, and the recipient can choose from receiving a Visa card or choose from multiple different companies.

I would love to be able to add in the direct deposit, but am waiting for them to give the option for the extra fee to be passed to the recipient.

This is one of my favorite platforms to use their easy, and quick to help when you have an issue with any aspects of their platform. This is a tool that I think a lot of people and businesses could benefit from, it eliminates the use of paper checks and the risk for fraud.

This is one of the easiest gift card vendors to use with great customer service. Their cost effective and reliable one I would choose every time rather than a vendor like Tango!

The only drawback that I see would be that the cards do expire after 6 months.

The best advantage is that Tremendous allow sending to use the Paypal Gift Cards. Our company has been looking for such a solution for a long time. The API integration went very smoothly. There are no delays when ordering a gift card.

So far we haven't had any problems with Tremendous. If you have any questions or concerns, the technical support department responds almost immediately.

All in all, I really enjoyed the ease of enabling Tremendous at our company especially since we use other vendors and the experience isn't half as good as the experience we have with Tremendous.

My company integrated with Tremendous to leverage its reward redemption capabilities. I was leading the team that was tasked with the integration. Off the bat, I appreciated how easy it was to get a test/sandbox account up and running. I also really appreciated how easy it was to follow their API documentation. Within an hour, I had a test sandbox and I was redeeming rewards using their API. I also appreciated how fast their customer service management team would respond to any questions or concerns we had.

There were no cons during the integration process. The only con that exists today is we can't update our "campaigns" using the API. I would imagine that has something to do with needing to be an admin. This isn't really a con but more or less, a wishful change.

It's been a game-changer for us! The variety of payment options is fantastic, and our recipients absolutely love having the freedom to choose between money, prepaid cards, gift cards, or charity donations. Their satisfaction has skyrocketed! The user-friendly interface has made the whole payment process a breeze, saving us so much time and effort. Plus, the seamless integration with our existing systems has been a massive win.

Different regions and countries have varying financial regulations and compliance requirements. Ensuring full compliance with these regulations when distributing payments globally could pose challenges and may require additional resources.

Recommend to all! There's no learning needed to use the tool! Really appreciate the seamless ease of use, great for even non-tech savvy folks!

The only thing I don't like is the specific format needed when uploading CSVs. It's a small annoyance but I can live with it.

Since we started using Tremendous, we have had nothing but positive feedback. We have significantly decreased the number of dissatisfied members and overall feedback is really great - the tool is easy to use and we almost had no complaints.

This happens once in a blue moon, but there are still some countries where tremendous rewards can't be delivered.

The fees added on could be reduced for our use, however, is comparable to competitors.

We've had some issues with our payments getting declined, but Tremendous support has been helpful and the trouble was still worth it, considering the time we're saving.

I love how easy it is to create an account and start sending out gift cards. Very clear and concise.

The product does everything you'd expect it to do. I've used it for almost a year now and have no desire to try out competitors.

The product allows creation of multiple different templates for multiple campaigns. It allows uploading of recipients in CSV format which saves a lot of time and hassle. Making sure everyone gets their rewards is simple, as the product offers good ways of tracking sent rewards.

Customer support is also very professional and helps with all issues quickly.

I'd wish that there'd be an option to be invoiced afterwards instead of just adding funds to the account beforehand. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about, everything works great and all needs are met!

I love it! We have virtual events weekly through out org and doing our prize drawings at the end is sooo easy with Tremendous! I love that our attendees can choose from so many prize options!

We use this for prizes and recognition for a national non-profit with supporters all over the country. There is nothing else that is as easy, flexible, and fast!

Nothing! It is literally so easy! I haven't done any large batch sending but I send 3-5 awards at a time and entering the info takes less than 5 minutes!

Overall a great experience, we will continue to use Tremendous and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple gift card platform.

The platform was simple to set up initially, and running new campaigns is intuitive. Our customer-facing teams appreciate sending links with rewards at different touchpoints and Tremendous allows us to do that.

I have mentioned this to the team before and additional rewards are being added, but the international reward options are not as varied as the NA ones.

Overall great product, love that it is free and easy to get started. Can be broken down into teams to allow management access and used for employees worldwide.

Inability to send a gift without creating a campaign ahead of time which can be time-consuming. No option for small organizations to utilize corporate pricing unless you hit a large target amount in purchases on a calendar basis.

Overall, Tremendous has simplified my job. I don't have to write a bunch of checks anymore that take forever to be received. I can resend or cancel rewards if I need to and I can track who I sent a reward to, when, and how much. I'm so happy with Tremendous. I use it almost every day! I did check out similar products and Tremendous seemed like the best fit for our company.

Low cost, easy to use, quick delivery, great tech support, and lots of options when giving out a reward. The convenience, quick delivery, and payment options seem to be what our respondents like the most. Tremendous saves me so much time and I can always look back to see what I did and when.

Not really a con but I can't really tell when a reward is delivered if the respondent redeemed the reward. The dashboard will say the reward is delivered to the email, but sometimes respondents can't find it, etc. I just usually assume they received it unless they call to complain. This isn't a big con honestly, but sometimes respondents are irate about a reward that they didn't realize is sitting in their email somewhere. This is probably more human error because the respondents don't always look for the reward.
