Using Tremendous makes managing our internal and external incentive program very easy. The templates are helpful, as we have international customers and employees, for which we need to use different templates. I also really appreciate the ease of use, it's very self-explanatory. And I just love the UX design. Definitely recommending the tool.

I use Tremendous to send gift cards to our clients. Tremendous makes it so easy to share a token of appreciation with our customers. I feel so grateful for Tremendous and recommend it to everyone. It's a super simple app that makes our workflow easy peasy.

There are no cons to using Tremendous at all. It's amazing.

Overall we have been using Tremendous for 3 years now and it has been life changing. We used to use Venmo and Cash App but they would shut our accounts down after sending too much money. Tremendous we have sent almost a half a million dollars in referrals and we are still going!

I really like that I am able to send referrals to our dealer partners so easily and have a customer support team to help me when I run into trouble. It is important for us to get our dealer referral partner's phone numbers and then in turn we can send them $100 via tremendous by just sending a text message. There is a way to send multiple referrals at once too which is helpful and saves time!

The only con I can think of is that Tremendous doesn't have a customer service support phone number... you have to do it all through email but they are usually pretty quick!

Overall, as I previously said - I'm a daily (if not hourly) Tremendous user who is generally VERY satisfied with their offerings, support, timely performance, and website.
I know I already mentioned this but I do really like that options to redeem include a completely different variety of offerings like online and physical card rewards, gift cards, bank transfers, giving the money to multiple different charities, PayPal, etc. It's great and there is an option for everyone, whether we're speaking about out internal employees or external participants in market research consultancies.

The website is easy to navigate and finding information is not an issue if anyone asks me anything, I can probably find the information myself by looking at their website. I also like the admin part of it, how I can check if someone has received their reward and if not, resend it, etc. It's great to have so much information before having to ask for help. But then again - if we do ask for help, it's always received in a very fast, efficient and kind way.

It has a lot of pros, and I'd say 0 cons. The things I like the most are their support (emailing them is a satisfaction and not a stressful situation which is extremely rare these days), and the variety of options that we can offer to our participants (market research consultancies); I like that options include completely different offerings like card rewards, gift cards, bank transfers, giving the money to multiple different charities, PayPal, etc.

There really are not any cons. Maybe I'd say it would be better if some countries had more options to redeem rewards but I know this is not entirely up to Tremendous so it doesn't really count as a con.

Very positive and easy to use tool, and gives the end recipient control and flexibility on how to use it.

Easy to send rewards to recipients, and makes it easy for the participants to manage how they'll spend their reward.

Nothing not to like, all very easy to use for ordering and great for the end user.

Overall, I use this tool almost every day and it's a great tool to send rewards to customers. It's also easy to report on how much spending was made.

The overall experience has been nothing short of amazing, starting with the incredibly fast setup process that takes only about 10 minutes. Additionally, the absence of any subscription fees adds to the value, making it very appealing. I strongly encourage anyone who is in search of an effective incentive tool to consider Tremendous, as it has proven to be a fantastic option for these needs.

Getting started with Tremendous was an exceptionally quick and straightforward process. In less than 10 minutes, we found ourselves successfully sending incentives directly to our customers. The platform's appeal was further enhanced by the lack of any subscription fees or additional costs, which meant we only incurred expenses when we actually sent an incentive. Given these advantageous features, it became an obvious and ideal choice for our needs.

I can't think of anything of the top of my mind that I don't like about Tremendous. It has been a game changer for us and has helped us get better engagement from potential research participants.

Tremendous is easy to use and understand from a user and reward-ee perspective. The step-by-step instructions to build the campaign are lovely! And the number of choices to pick for rewards is outstanding!

If delivered digitally, will be zero fees.
You can customize cards with brand colors and logo.
You can export all transactions to a csv file for your accounting purposes.

There is a verification process before the gift cards are sent out, even if the money is sent for funds already deposited into the Tremendous platform.

It is very easy to use! Another thing that I really appreciate as a project manager dealing with so many respondents daily is the help that Tremendous Support offers. Their staff is very detailed, responsive, and helpful and has an excellent approach to dealing with difficult situations.

Onboarding people to use Tremendous is pretty fast and successful due to its user-friendly interface.

The only thing I would suggest doing is proving push notifications regarding failed deliveries. They are listed in the rewards section but do not stand out so much. An option for depositing the money into respondents’ accounts would be beneficial, especially with international payouts where platforms like PayPal would take a higher fee.

I have been working with Tremendous for the past five years: it is really a great platform for rewards. Furthermore, their team is always available and responsive. They respond in the next hour or so with a brief and nice resolution so we all go happy afterwards. I highly recommend it for all the businesses that need to process rewards.

They should have more redeeming options for clients in Asia.

This tool has enabled our teams to move quickly in gift card dissemination. The self serve feature is helpful and was a requirement for a virtual reward solution.

Easy DIY set up.
Quickly create teams and admins and users within those teams.
Establish approval processes, generate invoices, and track rewards.
Build, manage, and share customized campaigns within and across teams.

When editing an existing campaign, it would be great to be able to edit the email and webpage at the same time instead of clicking in and out of it each time.

I wish we could see when rewards were claimed or not, which would help when recipients claim they haven't received their message.

Lastly, a couple more restrictions for users and/or admins when setting up teams would be nice. For example, we would want to disable the ability to send physical gift cards, limit text message delivery, and disable bulk order.

Overall a very satisfactory product that we have been using to reward customers or leads who fill out our detailed & long survey. We saw good conversions when we introduced tremendous gift cards.

- No clarity if the end-user has used the gift card or not.

Thanks to Tremendous, we are able to send people from all over the world things like gift cards and money to charities. How to work with and reward people in the most remote parts of the world without running into any logistical or legal issues is the primary challenge they are tackling for us. If I'm not wrong, they deliver gift cards to over 220 different countries. Are there 220 countries in the world? I had no clue. That is the scale of what they do. An added perk is the choice to get rewards in the form of a physical Visa card. Even if this isn't available everywhere, it's still a great option. We would like it if this particular option was made available in more nations.

Tremendous is exceptional at a wide range of tasks. My favorite among them is the option to create customized email and SMS campaigns. It is possible to create and save many campaign templates to send to different people working on different projects. We genuinely save a ton of time by keeping each template distinct so that we don't have to manually change them before every transfer.

Although some people might believe that their user interface might be improved, I think it is really intuitive and helpful. I'm really grateful for how simple and uncluttered they made it.

It was easy to set up and send rewards to our survey takers. The bulk email upload feature meant we could quickly send out rewards to hundreds of recipients all over the world.

We initially had issues with understanding which countries were eligible to receive the rewards we were hoping to offer. Eventually, we were able to work with the support team to get a full list of countries, however.

When we have new staff members in our department, training them with Tremendous is one of the easiest parts of the onboarding. It is reliable, quick, responsive, and useful.

The ease of use, the intuitive design, the fact that the Tremendous team seems to be constantly working to improve the site and its functionality.

I can't think of anything, really. I do wish sometimes that the interface to select the available reward types within a campaign was clearer.

One of the easiest products to use it is so straightforward, I usually get requests to send these incentivized digital visas out and I do so immediately, much to the delight of customers and teams.

Super easy straight forward to use product that enables easy transfer of gift incentives for clients. One of the most useful tools we use here and I truly cant recommend it enough. It is so easy to use and so straightforward, the templates are fantastic and super useful.

From my stand point there are absolutely zero cons, it solves every issue of sending digital gift cards.

Overall, I'm very happy with the burden the system takes on as opposed to me and my research team. We are able to send links to anyone in the world and they can have the freedom to choose a reward that suits them. They like the freedom, and we like the onus being on them to decide!

I like that it's free, the customers can choose what reward they want to redeem, they are also free to select the country/language, it really leaves much of the decision making and time to them, rather than on my team.

I don't love how you can't see if a card has been redeemed. I would like to manage this more tightly as we don't want to waste money. The security/PII deletion policy is also not perfect...if we have someone who wants their data erased, we have to delete our entire Tremendous account? Odd process and if that does happen, we won't be re-setting it back up.

Good platform that I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple to use website to allocate gift cards.

This platform is very easy to use and get acclimated to so pretty much anyone can start using it effectively within minutes of obtaining an account. I also like that they have many different options for virtual gift cards and more are being added on a regular basis. I also like their record keeping system, which makes it easy to track how much has been allocated in gift cards.

Sometimes it may take awhile to hear from customer/tech support during the few times that the system has glitched.
