So far, so good. Worked through set up and initial onboarding steps. Everyone has been helpful, kind, patient and I am looking forward to deploying for the client.

Easy to set up, amazing onboarding, onboarding staff and technical support. Easy to integrate to Microsoft Office 365.

I have to write 50 characters, but the only thing I am not thrilled with is the 20 user minimum.

Highly recommend this product and service. We started using it right when the pandemic started and needed a secure and easy way for users to login to their workstations. We came across this product and started to use it. We quickly implemented it to all clients and til this day still use it when users need remote access.

Easy to configure and manage, users love how simple it is for them to access their device and feel protected with that second layer of security.

Been using it over 3+ years and so far don't have any negative comments on the service.

When I first started, I wasn't sure if it was for us, but it has proved to be very successful with our user base. It is phenomenal how well it works. We do not get any complaints from users, its secure, and flexible. The price is right too!

Take a minute to get used to on the admin side but easy breezy once you get through it. its a unique way of delivering that works.

Excellent tool for remote access especially when security and ease of deployment are contributing factors.

Great security and ease of deployment. Deployed on a large scale within a day as opposed to alternatives which require VPN prep.

A bit confusing to understand at first, but once you get the principals it is easy to use.

Performance wise, the product is solid. All of our users are happy to use it. The ease of use with the users is a plus. Users are able to understand the 2fa process.

Zero configuration on our firewalls. Fast connection, 2FA, Active directory sync. Its also easy to configure for non AD environment.

Need more in depth reporting for user activity. Need to enhance the GUI portal.

TruGrid support is most likely my favorite aspect. I seem to get almost instant answers when contacting their support team. When setting up RemoteApp, their support team walked me through every step of the way and provided a solution for my customer that I didn't even know I had beforehand.

An excellent replacement for remote desktop. I am able to give end users access to their work desktops from their home computers. I also use this for virtual desktop environments.

If I had to think of something maybe the ability to automatically disable accounts that have not been used in x number of days.

TruGrid's intuitive dashboard and simple login process make it easy for end-users to access their resources remotely. The inclusion of two-factor authentication and support for Azure AD and Office 365 logins further enhances security without adding unnecessary complexity. As a managed service provider, the month to month pricing makes it a cost-effective option.

My users are able to contact TruGrid directly which I thought would be great, but can be a deterrent it they get different communication. Perhaps TruGrid could put together a set of guidelines for customer support to be more supportive of the resellers.

Good software that makes it easy for end users to have access to multiple computers which is easy to administer once set up.

Administration is easy once the software is set up so I can control which machines are accessible to given users. Dual-monitor support is also very nice, making it as seamless as possible for anyone to use their computer remotely.

A few times I've had issues where I had to reboot the server to get TruGrid to behave properly (to be fair, may have been a server issue).

Highly recommend to anyone who needs a secure/zero trust RDP solution.

We have started using TruGrid about 5 years ago.
It allows us to continue to use RDP without all the risks and security concerns.
We're able to lock down user sessions easily based on client security requirements, utilize SSO, and without opening up any ports on the firewall.

There aren't really any cons that we've experienced over the years.
The development team has been adding a good amount of features over the years, and in a rare case we encounter an issue, support has been very responsive.

Great product that really helped us deploy remote work workers during COVID and has continued to be our go to for remote access since. As the agent updates when the connector is launched there is no patching/updating nightmare. Sentry can now be updated via the console so it’s even easy to update. Technical support has always been good…but have had so few issues we don’t contact them often. Bottom line…this is the easy button for secure remote access!

This product is simply amazing. Super easy to deploy, easy for end users to use and understand, and almost zero administration needed after setup. Sentry agents is lightweight and uses little resources.

We have been with TruGrid for several years and went through some of their development pains and growth pains…but even with that I can’t think of anything to list as a con.

Overall we would not hesitate to use TruGrid with any of our clients.
It is fast and secure and our users and clients love using the product.

We have been using TruGrid for our clients since 2020. It is the most reliable and secure option for remote access to a desktop or an RDS server. Our customers comment on how easy and fast it is to use.

There can be a couple of small tricks to getting it setup but once you learn how to do it it is easy to deploy and use daily.

TruGrid is the best way to remote control a corporate workstation on the market. Your end-users will love you for delivering this solution.

TruGrid is secure, extremely fast, and crystal clear. It supports MFA with a clever push notification system and uses the end-users' existing credentials. It supports multiple screens and has excellent control options for insecure/untrusted devices.

The setup is a little fidgety, and sometimes, we have support tickets related to DNS resolution issues when local IP addresses change. However, the performance benefits are well worth it.

Overall, we highly recommend TruGrid to our customers and our competitors. It is a standard part of our deployment package for sites with desktops. While it is AD based, there are options for systems without domain access.

The application works great and has been a life saver for us. We started using this during Covid. It allowed us to provide remote access services to our end users without having to modify or reduce our security posture. The ease of deployment and simplicity of using the application make it a much better tool than a lot of it's competitors.

The only complaint that we had as new users was the lack of SMS as an option for MFA. However, they addressed that by adding that option.

Overall, we are satisfied with TruGrid SecureRDP. It has support for Active Directory, Azure AD, Hybrid AD / AAD, and includes MFA for AD users. AAD users can use their own 2FA. It also supports AAD Conditional Access.

TruGrid SecureRDP allows users to aggregate Windows RDP / RDS hosts from multiple networks into a single interface. This can be useful for IT DevOps that support Windows servers in multiple clouds / datacenters.

Originally, we found TruGrid SecureRDP because cybersecurity insurance company would not renew insurance without closing inbound HTTPS to our RD Web server. Very easy RDP / RDS software that we setup in less than 4 hours for our client with a 300+ users.

We used it to replace an RDS farm so that we no longer need RDS broker, gateway, or web, and we are able to close our inbound firewall port to meet cybersecurity insurance requirement.

Some of the employees also it to remote it to their PCs from home using their personal devices, but with no VPN.

Very responsive support too. They have a 24x7 chat support and toll free number.

Their toll free number is picked up by a human being, but often they log a message and call you back. But you can get support over their 24x7 chat and they can setup a zoom call right away over chat. Their chat is more responsive.

Overall a good product. Support is really helpful. End users like the simple login process and setup process for admins is also easy.

Love the simplicity and ease of use. Support is good. Our customers love the fact that they can login to their physical machine from anywhere.

End user portal could be better. Self service options lacking.

Overall a very easy to use RDP solution without need for VPN or firewall exposure. Two factor is included in the solution. They also support login via Office 365 / Azure login.

Surprised to get this setup for our entire company of over 100 users in less than 1 hour. Support was great and very responsive too.

Although they have a free 24x7 toll free phone support, they encourage customers to use Chat first. They think Chat is more responsive but some people just prefer a phone call.
