Its interface is user friendly and easy to use, so it’s easy to check hours of service and meet the laws. This real-time GPS tracking makes me feel safe that I’m always aware of where my truck is. Additionally, their 24/7 customer support is helpful and responsive to answer all of my queries and issues.

    The only thing I’ve had is that very occasionally the device takes a little longer than normal to sync with the app, which can be a little annoying when I need something immediately.

The support team that you can rely on and turn to when I need it really does make a difference when you’re travelling. Recommend for any trucker that is looking for a well-supported ELD!

    Aside from being easy to install and dependable, what’s the best part, TruckX’s customer service. Every time I have a question or little bug the support team has been really quick to respond and extremely helpful. They’re passionate about the product and walk me through the solutions so I’m not apprehensive on the road.

    There is a tiny issue with the app not always updating in signal areas, but that doesn’t slow down my logs and the support team was quick to answer questions.
