Great platform overall once I learned how to use it. The org chart comes in handy for me on a daily basis. So that is great to have on hand.

Love the org chart and ease of accessibility to pay stubs. The ability to see all of your deductions and change them when needed.

Great for paperless options, streamlining the new hire process, recruiting, hiring, payroll, performance management and general HR changes. The monitoring module interface has helped us improve insight in the many business areas from turnover to labor distribution. It reduces the time it takes us to perform administrative tasks. For our consultants, we often use self-service which helps consultants feel motivated.

From running reports to making changes to advisor tax settings, UKG Pro is easy to navigate and find what we're looking for. In the busy world of payroll, making things easier helps with efficiency.

The delay in responses in resolving tax cases entered into the Client Service Portal is the biggest issue they had over the years. They have made an effort recently and yet I have seen an improvement, but there is still room for further improvement.
