Not Worth It!
Date: Mar 30 2023SummaryWe are trying our best to prematurely end our 5-year contract. The dealer is good to deal with. Univerge Blue Connect is incredibly weak. There is nothing we like about it. I have changed all business correspondence to show my personal cell number rather than the unpredictable, and wonky Blue Connect number. Extrication from our contract is highly desirable. Suggest all avoid.
PositiveThe dealer is excellent. They are responsive and pleasant. Too bad they are stuck marketing a weak product.
NegativeFor the money we spend each month, the value isn't there. People call us and the phone doesn't ring. Call quality is spotty with lagging and echo often happening. The app--both desktop and phone--is awful.
