Absolutely nothing. every person there should be fired.

There is no customer service. They will strait up steal from you. worthless in every way. they tried to refund me $1 because an entire order was wrong. i spent TWO DAYS trying to resolve. what a joke.

I'm the type of person who likes to see the food being prepared, or what others are ordering, especially if it's a place I don't frequent too often. Obviously you can't do that with a delivery app, but what bothers me more is that sometimes the drivers are dishonest and will take one of my two orders of fries, for example. And I know it's the driver's problem because I call the restaurant and they confirm they had my order right... and don't get me started on the fees. It's hard, I get it, for the app to be profitable, but the fees are downright exorbitant. You can end up having to order a $15+ hamburger or pay like $7 in delivery fees and whatnot.
