SO not worth it
Date: Dec 07 2023SummaryHorrible experience in hindsight...waste of money. Lack of clear communication on what I needed to do in order to be successful and lack of communication that my data would be deleted a day after my subscription was over.
PositiveThe software did generate lists....which was impressive, but I am not able to access and download the lists, as they mentioned would be mine.
NegativeSupport was horrible... There was no communication on what I needed to do in order to be successful, and many of the "engaged leads" were "take me off your list", "don't contact me any longer" or other similar forms of statements like that.

Worst part about it is that apparently this SaaS platform deletes ALL your data the DAY AFTER your cancellation.... have you ever heard such a thing?
Further, upon asking for download of my data I have been given the run around saying "its a technical issue"...however, I still get "engagement reports" from the software, that includes prospect data which is contradictory to their claim that the data is not accessible.
Finally, one of the things that we spoke about during the sales process was to "professionalize" my existing sequences...them being the "stated expert". They did not impress me...nor apparently any of the prospects that we targeted campaigns to...and we were very selective in targeting.
