    It's a great tool for a business like mine. There are more businesses it can apply to. You can use it on many devices because it's a cloud based tool. Not sure about mobile, did not have a chance to use it.

    I've adjusted to Unisender easily. I own a small print shop and it's a must have tool for promoting my business among clients and finding new ones.

    Negative

    There are no major cons that would let me think less about Unisender. One time i waited longer than usual for an answer from tech support. That's probably it.

    Unisender has a variety of options that can be used to automatically create and export reports/files, create new email/sms campaigns, send (test) mails, report user statistics and so on. There are lots of templates that can be easily customized to a certain theme or business. I like it so much.

    I switched to Unisender from Sendinblue. I like it more in terms of features and better price. It's also cloud based, that means you can work from anywhere.

    Loved it from the trial version. UniSender shows a very high email and message deliverability rate. there are a lot of different templates, and what's important - they are responsive. I can find any template specifically for an occasion. The email constructor is nice and easy. Overall, love it. suggested it to all my colleagues.
