    We are missing a few languages in our personal account - so far, this is the only thing that is frustrating. UniTalk has promised that they are already working on solving this problem.

    We have been working with UniTalk for the past year and we are very satisfied. We are a small company that sells a niche product. We decided to go international, but we didn't have a lot of resources to do so. With UniTalk, we rented phone numbers in several neighboring countries to see if our product would be sold there. That way, we had several virtual offices that communicated with new foreign customers. It's very convenient and cheap!

    There are no Spanish or Italian languages in the UniTalk personal account. This is important to us. But UniTalk support said that they are already working on it and that localization will be available soon.

    With the help of UniTalk virtual IP telephony, we have optimized and improved the performance of management, organized internal and external communication of operators. Now we can record and listen to calls between managers and customers, which helps us control the level of customer service. And after connecting to call tracking, we can analyze which advertising companies' clients place orders by phone. We can even see what key phrase from the advertisement brought the client to us.

    To determine our future business strategy, we needed to test several hypotheses. It would be expensive to hire additional employees for this purpose, and we couldn't involve our own staff either, otherwise we would have to free them from their current tasks. UniTalk offered us to connect the Voice Robot service for this purpose. Thus, we quickly tested our hypotheses without involving additional resources and now know how to proceed.
