Ease of use, support response time, ability to backup using VMWare, HyperV, Windows, Linux, and other type of systems. WebUI is logical and simple to understand. Unitrends Forever Cloud is an amazing solution when immutable offsite backups are needed.

There isn't a lot about Unitrends Recovery Systems that I don't like, in fact, there isn't anything at all!

Unitrends has worked well for us. Installation and migration to new appliances is easy. Support is quick to respond and usually have any issues resolved on the first call.

Years ago (20+) we installed a lot of machinery in our plant that required multiple servers to run. We still run on the same setup today. We did virtualized our environment and maintained the same server/software solution. We started using Unitrends after we virtualized about 12 years ago. Data doesn't change much with these servers but occasionally we do have issues and Unitrends has allowed us to quickly roll back a snapshot and keep on trucking.

Have to update the appliance hardware about every 3 years.

Very satisfied customer, never any issues. Pricing was very competitive , compared to other back up solutions.

Quick, easy to use, great customer support, the communication from the support team has been awesome.

I wish I could could think of one, but at the present time, I can’t.

Learning the solution is faster. Pretty straightforward to create jobs, setting up backup copies, connection to NFS servers etc. Reports are easy to create as well.

Unitrends cloud DR solution, next business' day backup Copy to premises when an actual DR event happens, appliances are build on Dell server architecture so the performance of the device is very good, Ransomware protection, connectivity to multiple cloud back solutions, Decent price when compared to other brands.

The UI is not that pretty, sometimes installation of the agents from the UI throw some errors.

The overall experience has been good. If I ever have a question or need help with a process, Unitrends support staff has been easy to get in touch with always helpful and willing to help and instruct.

Ease of use. Excellent and knowledgeable support staff. I have had no issues with restores and the backup always run on schedule.

I would highly recommend this solution, as it meets all of our needs and is extremely flexible and is easy to use and maintain.

Overall, we love Unitrends Backup, we have been using it for the last 7 years I believe and we only needed to use it less than 3 times and we were able to restore our data.

I love their support cause I can count on them when I am not able to figure an issue. Their software is easy to use and we are able to manage it with no issues 99% of times.

Sometimes when a big update happens, it takes time to figure where the tools are and how to figure it out again.

A great backup solution, especially if you are running any virtual machines / ESXI hosts. Automation includes retention policies, automatically adding new VMs, and a zero-touch agent install.

Easy to use, set it and forget it, automated reports and error logs.
Combine with Unitrends cloud backup for an encrypted, off-site disaster recovery plan.

Some options are a little hard to find, updates aren't always smooth.

Simple to install and use. just what I need with a small team. We have used it multiple times to recover from incidents over the years.

Simple UI: easy to train and remember when needed.
Lighting fast recovery time: I've been able to bring systems on in as little as five minutes.
Affordable: quality to price is excellent.

I haven't had any issues with this system in the past almost 10 years.
