PositiveWe liked that Userlike offers all features you could ask for in a live chat solution. It was easy to integrate into our chatbot solution.
NegativeWe want to integrate Userlike into our existing chatbot solution, use it on our website and offer it as a good live chat solution to our customers. As far as we can see now, the integration alone (without any api functions) is not possible in the free version, and 80€+/month is quite expensive if you only want a demo-case. This makes it less attractive to us.
