    Summary

    Quality and almost immediate (within hours) expert technical support. Wide variety of topics. Admin can group learners by work groups, different levels, roles, by first initial of last name, and more. Phishing and course enrollment are easy to do, with hundreds of templates with new ones added ongoing, and ability to fully customize a phish. Option to have IeL create a custom video on a topic of local concern for you. A policy can be added to a course with an attestation from each learner they read it. Reports are easy to generate. The admin dashboard and enrollment processes are easy.

    The variety of courses and duration times. They can be attached to the automated phishing remedial training, with a different video assigned based on the number of times a person has failed a phishing event up within a specific period. Several of the longer courses, used for annual training, can be tested out of, which is a perfect time-saver for those with technical expertise. Technical support is almost immediate and always answers or responds to what was requested, resolved the first time.

    Still using after five years and re-upping for another five years.
