Slow network and dismissive support
Date: May 23 2026SummaryI used VMHeaven for a couple of months and the experience did not match what was advertised. The biggest issue was the network, consistent slow speeds and packet loss that made the server unreliable for anything sustained. When I raised this with support, responses took a long time to come back, and when they did, the tone was dismissive rather than helpful. I never felt the issues were taken seriously or properly investigated. For the price point and what's promised, the hardware performance and customer service both fell well short. I would not recommend them based on my experience and have moved my workloads elsewhere.
PositiveSetup was straightforward and the control panel is functional. Provisioning was reasonably quick, and the service did technically deliver a working VM as advertised.
NegativePersistent network slowness and packet loss made the server unreliable for sustained workloads. Support was slow to respond and dismissive when they did.
