Out for delivery then never delivered

PositiveNothing. Veho sucks. They do not do the only thing that is their job. Deliver a package. Where did they even come from? I had never heard of them before and now all of the sudden many retailers are using them. Super unfortunate since they are terrible.
NegativeTracking said my Lululemon package was out for delivery then said delivered. I get home and the package that was delivered was from old navy. Dealing with the chat and text was stupid. They give stupid answers and dumb suggestions. Oh, it says delivered, check with a neighbor. Uh yeah, I have the driver on my ring camera delivering an old navy package and no Lululemon package. Finally via text they tell me package was "lost in transit." Ok so it was out for delivery and it got lost? How does that work? The driver took it or lost it or delivered to someone else. Luckily they told Lululemon that they lost my package so I could get a refund relatively quickly. I guess they just saved me money since I won't be ordering online with anyone that uses this crap delivery service.
