I've compared many OCR APIs, and although some are cheap, they lack the machine learning or they are too complicated for our small team to set up and manage.

Administrators can test it out with drag and drop ease, team support, and of course the API for OCR scanning with machine learning, so results get better. Our users could also send their receipts to VeryFi (white-label email solution).

For the API they expect an annual contract, but as a startup we prefer a pay as you go model.

Great overall experience. App works perfectly for my roofing company of about 8-9 employees. Best app ever.

This app is easy to use, efficient for my roofing business' processes, and all around just a great app. I'm not good at leaving reviews but I am good at telling the truth and thats the app is great for business.

So easy to scan and organize receipts, expenses for business and personal, easy to categorize. Can scan or send from email.

Only con is the cost. But still worth it for the time saved.

The software is very user friendly and it's the only software that was able to recognize data on my receipts even if they are in French.

Maybe allow more customization for data extraction

Customer service is fantastic, the app is easy to use even for an inexperienced person like myself. It’s such a great app, even my accountant is using it for her clients and she said it is great. The pros outweigh the most popular apps out there. I’d recommend this app for anyone who wants to keep their paperwork up to date and even businesses that have already tried all the others.

The app has a brilliant ocr, it’s accurate and very easy to capture your receipts. The app tells you when an invoice is unclear. There is no limit to how you can manipulate your data, the greatest plus point is that it can be tailored to your own needs. You have the ability to add your clients and your projects, which has converted my accountant to use the app as well. For the ease of use, the look, the feel and functionality, I would give these guys fifteen stars if I could. If you were looking for an app that makes data capturing easier than taking a photo, look no further, this is the best app I have had the pleasure to use!

It’s been very good so far, it might have a glitch or two when you are too hasty and then you take too many pictures at once, and it then resets itself. Other than that, it does what YOU need it to, it’s easy to understand and it’s easy to use.

Great program. I like it a lot and IT dept is great to work with and very helpful. I do recommend this people.

I like that the IT dept is very helpful and they will make efforts to get what you need out of the software. They respond to questions quickly. I like that when you import a document it puts it in line items to edit

You can't make money in and money out on the same document.

My experience with Veryfi has been excellent, is an easy app to use, and is really helpful for my work.

Veryfi is a simple way to add my receipts and sync it with QBO, is fantastic and makes everything easier. Is really easy to use and is excellent for teams.

Don't always take correct the information, but is something easy to solve.

My overall experience with Veryfi has exceeded expectations. As a small business owner with invoices and receipts of all different shapes and sizes, I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of Veryfi OCR software. I am glad I chose Veryfi as it is so much better than its competitors for my purposes.

Verify is an excellent help product for companies, whether collective or individual. It is an indispensable tool for me, it saves me time, money and a lot of papers on the desk. Expensive files that take up space, a lot of space. I recommend.

Excellent - good value and easy to use. Fantastic support from the development team.

Functionality and costings - it is flexible and the costing is not transaction based. The key for me is the tie in with Xero and receipt scanning function.

Struggling with integration to Xero but once it is up and running should save very significant time

Overall it's a very user-friendly app that has been extremely useful in my line of work as a commercial real estate agent!

Just started using the app a few weeks ago and haven't run into any issues/items that I'd consider Cons yet.

Very happy with this product. The support team are very helpful & the software is very easy to use.

Its simplified my life with the AI scanning of details on my receipts & automatically getting it all into a software system that is great to use & has loads of functionality.
For a self employed business, my time is important, so not having to waste it inputting data & organising receipts & finances is superb.

The interface could be improved on but it is still market leading.
