Their extremely easy to get through to and you feel like a person not a number in some corporate mumbo jumbo, as well they innovate every day and are constantly and consistently upgrading features that are available to all and not only if you pay some exorbitant fee like other software's

Honestly software is software there will always be bugs no matter which system you use that being said their response timer to getting bugs resolved is top notch and they always listen to their clients!

The work orders in Vibe was a game changer for us we are a hat store from fittings to cleanings work orders helps us keep track of every alteration and service that our customers need ensuring a chain of custody and responsibility

I've used Square, Lightspeed, and a couple of others - Vibe is the first system that actually feels thought out for scaling retail. The customer profiles and purchase history are incredibly helpful for repeat buyers, and the built-in loyalty tools let us reward customers without third-party apps.

I have used so many POS sales app but this Vibe is different and good.
