Fraud, scam: please stay away from Vidfly. It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had, as far as IA webs are concerned.

Once subscription is on, WATCH OUT: monthly credits EXPIRE every month, even if you have not used them. They do not warn you in advance, you sadly discover it when it's too late, you lose your money.
Besides, their support team just do not exist: they ignore every email, no answer at all from them.

Now just a subscriptions scam. Do not use this site. Got to a legitimate platform from a large, known brand.

Nothing. It's a subscriptions scam now.
Some users report it worked initially, but now nothing but bugs. Even though I've got the Free level, I've still been charged $40 USD per month as well as an initial $400 for tokens on top.
I've had to cancel altogether and ask my bank to help recover funds.

Vidfly is now just a money scamming site. They continue to charge even if your subscription level is set to 'Free'.
No one checking support email address (I know as my emails are tracked). No support phone number. Searches online for people or companies behind Vidfly return absolutely nothing.
It's a scam, trying to make as much money as possible before it disappears or a Trade Commission from some country shuts it down.

Sucks! and more sucks! I have ZERO use for this trash. I will not use this program I have 3500 tokens and I will let them keep them. It is a total waste of time.

In the beginning it worked pretty good, the video generator was fairly quick and Image generator worked about as good.

Nothing works! I get constant error, and when you don't get the error it may literally take all night to make a 4 second video clip, and it's anybody's guess what that video might be but one thing for sure it will not be what you prompted into it.

Terrible! Heartbreaking sad disgusting huge letdown and I can go on and on but it only makes me feel more angry and today in this world this country that's the last thing I want or need we have somebody in office doing that already I don't need a silly little app to do any worse so I guess this is goodbye "Vidfly.AI" and I wish I could say "it's been fun," but I can't, I'd be lying

In the beginning, I LOVED the performance AND outcome and NOW, a little less than 4 months maybe 5+... have things ever CHANGED and NOT for the GOOD and it's HEARTBREAKING.. I feel like I'm involved in some big scam to lure me in, AND to INVOLVE my friends which I HAVE EVERY TIME and it just sickens me.. Why would a company offer something so fun ONLY to end up coming off like a trickery and scam... AND this ISN'T the FIRST PROBLEM I've had. Trying to "claim my EARNED tokens" has been ridiculously DIFFICULT but now, FAILING to LOAD MY CONTENT, the way I've BEEN DOING the LAST 5 MONTHS to only RECEIVE ZERO, But HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT & nothing really ANGERS ME then THIS! It should, I'm told NOT HAPPEN and I have already shared this with MANY people and WARNED THEM and next time on to GOOGLE and YELP to share the inadequacy and failure of Vidfly.ai because people SHOULD KNOW and SAVE their money and NOT end up like me, the "sacrificial goat" who feels like a fool for trusting you!

It CONTINUES to LOAD when I'm at the process of CREATING MY VIDEO that I've been DOING OFTEN without ANY PROBLEMS EXCEPT but NOT BEING ABLE to LOAD and a pop-up saying one excuse after the other I'm so done AND so glad I LISTENED to my self and did NOT pay and get SCAMMED even MORE but I EARNED IT... ALL THOSE TOKENS and I FOUGHT HARD for THEM.. EVERY SINGLE ONE of THEM! Only to find out AND feel LOYALTY GETS you nowhere!

Bad service, mediocre product - the videos are inconsistent and often mostly irrelevant and inaccurate to the prompt requests.

The UI is colorful and easy to navigate, it's well-organized and easy to find the categories pertaining to what you are trying to accomplish.

Even given very specific prompts, the videos generated are nowhere near the request. Think of this like ChatGPT in major beta. Customer service does not respond to emails.

Don't deal with these scammers! There’s no point in contacting support or trying to reach out to them. This is a blatant violation of consumer rights.

I have nothing good to say — I didn’t even use their services, and they still haven’t refunded my money.

This is just awful. Don't deal with these scammers! I requested a refund, and they didn't even bother to respond.
