We have three plans: Basic, Standard, and Premium which are specially made for all budgets and needs. Our plans start at $30.
Discounts are available for annual payments. We have optional email accounts and domains available.
Our full onboarding and training provides you with the tools you need to bring your community online. The charge for onboarding depends on the size of your community and it's a one time only fee.
The basic plan includes emails, document storage, calendar, social network, and website.
The standard plan has everything in basic plus limited texts, package & guest tracking, surveys, and parking.
The premium plan includes basic & standard features plus unlimited texts, smart calls, maintenance requests, amenity reservations, and asset management.

    Very positive. The Venteum team is dedicated to meeting customer needs and are accommodating to issues and questions.

    Positive

    Exceptionally responsive and willing support. Easy to use once you get used to it. Good for service request tracking, which is our biggest use.

    Negative

    Lack of mobile app functionality and some functions are impractical - like social media that doesn't generate a message. People just don't hang out on Venteum like they do on Facebook.

    Absolutely the best install & customer service anywhere!

    Summary

    As with any new system, re-training users is always a challenge. Especially when moving from an older and unsatisfactory one (among other issues, they claimed our resident's data was THEIRS and would not share with us on our own site). The Vinteum platform allows us to provide communications and information services in many new ways, most of which can be defined by us. We like that!

    As the longest-serving member of the Board of Directors for our homeowners association and the Board secretary, I've had poor to bad experiences with other systems that claim to allow us great member communications. Vinteum Neighbors is absolutely the best of the group! We like the public and private views as well as the ability to survey and vote on any issue we want to pose to members. The ability for each individual to declare their preferred communication channel while maintaining privacy is a big plus for us.

    Negative

    Some functions are too detailed for our audience and simply not necessary. Fortunately, most can be suppressed. We are several hundred single family homes in three neighborhoods, in prices ranging from $400s for Villas to several million dollars for Estates. We don't use the features normally associated with condos or rental property.

    I researched several products before selecting this one. Though the cost was attractive, I was most interested in the key functions; I needed something that would serve as an easy-to-use communications platform with a just the right features, practical and not overwhelming.

    Every question gets answered immediately. Daniel is especially helpful and so customer service oriented.

    -It's so easy to use, even for non-techies!
    -Really like the instant feedback on Service Requests and tracking features
    -Love the Survey feature
    -Affordable
    -Like that we can set times for things to be sent later
    -Reminders
    -Levels of people who can see different features, folders, files...

    Only thing so far that we've had trouble with is putting in times on the calendar. For some reason it's hard to do-you can't just type them in.

    This program makes association management very easy and provides for many of the requirements that the states mandate. They have an area for document storage homeowner communication and more.

    This software is very easy to use and the menus make it easy to navigate through the website. Customer service is outstanding, they are always very willing to help and want to customer to have the best experience with their platform.

    It’s not always designed for every Condo Association or HOA but with so many different associations that is easy to understand.

    Mostly positive, just struggling with some residents because they are older. If I have trouble figuring out how to do something THEY most certainly will.

    Leila has been a godsend. She is responsive and helps us with all the weird oddities we find. And she has a great attitude. Jonathan was great too, during sales process.

    The UI is not intuitive. There are weird quirks everywhere. Ex:

    1) Social post can be responded to, but ONLY if you access from left menu. If you view it from the dashboard you cannot respond.

    2) If I want to update my contact info, need to do it by accessing My Account. If I access it from My Unit one cannot edit.

    Neighbors - A Perfect HOA Website Solution

    Neighbors is a superb software product -- well engineered, user-friendly, and very inexpensive! I highly recommend that any HOA consider using it.

    The application itself -- both the online and App versions -- are well designed, intuitive, and thoroughly meet our 60-unit HOAs requirements. The customer support is outstanding. The many features -- Community New, Chat, and (Virtual Meetings) are easy to use and administer / configure.

    Nothing! The Support Team is always available (online, email, or phone) to resolve any issue that I encountered.

    The best thing is our relationship with Leila. She goes above and beyond for every inquiry we have and her expertise is second to none. Leila is very responsive, but more than that, she provides detailed information that helps us to better understand and utilize the system. As needed, she consults with your tech team to address items we bring to her attention. In a word, Leila is amazing!

    We have used Neighbors for just under one year. As a tool for an HOA, it has great features that allow us to better communicate with our residents. As well, being able to house key documents and allow our community to reserve amenities within our neighborhood is important.

    Negative

    My main issue is the limited information in downloadable reporting. As an example, we periodically run user reports but don't see the person's status as a report field. Also, we would like the flexibility to have codes or indicators to identify minors and other users who are included as residents. Our liaison, Leila, has been addressing our needs with your tech team.
