Nice affordable VOIP...but not without issues
Date: Jun 08 2022SummaryCustomer service was very helpful, but there were technical issues that made the phone not a spectacular experience, like problems with the desktop "softphone" application. The web browser phone also sometimes has issues. Not sure if this would be any better with other web based VOIP providers though...might just be part of the territory.
PositiveIt's a nice affordable option. Nice to have up to 5 lines on a basic plan, with different voicemails for each.
NegativeThe softphone for the desktop was buggy in my experience, and the web browser phone was difficult to get set-up in the beginning.

PositiveVirtual PBX is easy to use, they provide great customer service, and they offer excellent pricing options for new or established businesses.
NegativeOnline interface is a bit clunky and at times a bit buggy. Not as intuitive as I'd like, but they have great customer support to help.

Great way to get a business line
Date: Dec 07 2020SummaryOverall it has been very reliable and convenient with the ability to use the line for faxes as well as calls for a low price. The app for my iPhone works well also. You can call clients from your cell and have your office line number come up on their caller ID. It’s easy to send faxes and easily attach files from your computer as well.
PositiveThe monthly cost is cheap for the line with access to mail and fax. You can forward calls to any number.
NegativeIt’s been very reliable, only problem was when they switched the operating software a while ago and I had to go in and set preferences over again.
