I have used VirtuClock for our charter schools' after school program since it started years ago. I love this site and it has been a blessing for managing the after school check-ins and parent check out. It also helps me when billing to be able to pull reports! Great system! I would recommend it to everyone!

A few errors occasionally but customer service has always been very helpful in resolving any issues that come up. There could be an adjustment to the report feature and how you can sort the reports list.

VirtuClock has really facilitated my job, from online enrollment to daily reports, immunization data, parent/child records, and payment processing. As a parent user, I value having access to my child's teacher or caregiver at any time during the day. I enjoy seeing images of them and reading humorous stories about them that I might not otherwise obtain. I tell/show everyone who inquires about where my children go daycare how I like it and how much I appreciate the VirtuClock management since I'm so impressed. See the suggestions above for what, in my opinion, might be done to improve it for parents and users.

The conversations we can have with parents are so much fun. As a parent whose kids attend a facility that makes use of VirtuClock, I enjoy knowing about my kids' days and seeing what they get up to. As a coordinator, I appreciate that we can inform parents about what is happening and how their children are learning.

There are no significant problems. We should be able to save stuff in the app and send them when we are connected to internet, I want sometimes. Sometimes internet services prevent items from being transferred, thus that is a problem with our internet, not the software.

This is exactly what I have been looking for to manage my small business's daily reporting and recording keeping. I can always export the files to my google sheet if needed for reporting. I will not switch to another provider as this software has given me the ease of use, affordability, and great features that I can't seem to find in others without breaking my budget.
