    Summary

    Our overall experience has been great. All of the account reps are wonderful, and really take the time to listen to you. I've always been able to reach them when needed. VL is also super user-friendly for both us and the volunteer signing up. A win-win!

    Positive

    Our festival has used VolunteerLocal for a few years now, and we love everything about it. The price is very affordable, which was and is very important to us, but the customer service is even better! Even if it doesn't have everything we need, the staff at VL is willing to work with us for a workaround.

    Negative

    I was sad to see that some of the a-la-carte features went into the new upper plans, and that you had to do 2 items minimum.

    Finally! A system that is easy for both sides

    Fantastic.
    This was the program that we had been looking for.
    Rave reviews from both sides.
    Not only was the product great, but it is also affordable.
    Can't wait to use it again next year.

    We had been looking for a program that could help us organize our volunteers and reduce the amount of paperwork that our shift supervisors had to do beforehand. Other programs we looked at seemed too technical without a programing background. The set up was easy and the page's overall appearance was able to mirror our website. Customer support was always available when we needed them and able to resolve any questions quickly. The ability to add multiple users who could extract signups was a huge bonus. Even the ability to issue a refund was painless. Most importantly, it was self-explanatory to our volunteers who tend to be nervous about technology.

    Nothing of note. Our happiness with Volunteer Local exceeds any slight issue that we encountered.

    VL provides excellent customer service which is important when purchasing new software. I have been very impressed with the attentiveness and training VL provides to meet our organization's needs.

    I have been very impressed with VL and would recommend it highly. Once you are trained, it is easy to maneuver through the system. What I am most impressed with is VL willingness to accommodate our organization's needs. The changes made for our organization has helped to make it easier to input the data and run reports. Also, my suggestions to improve the system has been taken seriously and will be implemented in the near future. Customer service has been phenomenal. My questions are answered right away and the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful.

    How reports are designed needs improvement. VL is working to improve this feature.
