Warning….!” your personal data and information will be mismanaged, abused and they will retain it against you own will – Horrific Experience with Wagestream - Avoid at All Costs!

    Date: Jun 09 2024
    Summary

I had the absolute misfortune and deplorable chance to deal with Wagestream. After leaving my workplace I started to be bombarded with numerous daily emails,

I wrote to them asking them to stop their Intrusive emails to only get worst and ended up receiving more emails. My situation has been nothing less than cyber terrorism and super aggressive harassment. To make matters worse, Wagestream has mishandled my personal data in a criminal manner.

Transparency: Wagestream has brutally collected and mismanaged my personal information. Despite numerous requests to delete my data, they have continued to retain it against my own will. Their actions clearly show a complete disregard for transparency and customer rights.

Legal Basis and Accuracy: Wagestream is holding onto my personal data without any legitimate or necessary business or legal obligation. This is a blatant violation of privacy regulations and an affront to my rights as a customer.

Security: The flood of emails and the overall situation demonstrate that Wagestream has not taken appropriate steps to protect my personal data. Their lack of security measures is alarming and unacceptable

Data Retention: It is evident that Wagestream has not followed UK regulations regarding data retention. My personal information has not been deleted as required and requested by me, and they continue to hold onto it unnecessarily.

Sharing and Storing of Personal Information: Wagestream has failed to share, transfer, and store my personal information responsibly. Their mishandling of my data is a clear indication of their negligence and incompetence.

Despite all of these issues, not a single person from Wagestream has offered an apology or a proper explanation. The lack of accountability and customer service is absolutely disgraceful.

In summary, Wagestream’s handling of my complaint and personal data has been an absolute disaster.

Their actions are not only unprofessional but also criminal. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your privacy and sanity!
