Fun badge automation for our office badminton tournaments
Date: May 21 2026SummaryWe originally started this just to make our office badminton games more interesting, but Wauld unexpectedly became one of the most fun parts of the tournament itself. It removed a lot of manual work and made the whole experience feel more organized and exciting. I never thought we would use a credential platform for something like this, but it actually worked surprisingly well for our group. I would definitely recommend Wauld for office teams, sports groups, gaming communities, and friend circles who want to make activities more fun and engaging with digital badges and certificates.
PositiveMe and my office friends play badminton almost every day after work, and recently we started keeping weekly scores and small rankings just for fun. Earlier we used Google Sheets for scores and Canva for making funny badges manually every weekend. It was fun initially but later became too much manual work because someone had to check scores, design badges, export them, and send them to everyone separately.
One of my friends who likes trying new tools found Wauld, and honestly it made things much easier for us. We used custom triggers with our score sheet setup and automated most of the badge issuing work. We started giving badges like “Smash King”, “Best Comeback”, “Most Dangerous Player”, etc. every week.
The Design Studio was actually one of the most fun parts. We added our own player photos, badminton images, funny stickers, custom texts, and backgrounds. The layering option was very useful while designing because we could arrange elements properly and make the badges look really good instead of basic templates.
The best feature for our group was the recipient portal. Earlier badges used to get lost in WhatsApp chats or folders, but now everyone can see all their badges in one place from mobile itself. People actually started competing seriously just to collect more badges.NegativeCurrently there are only a few ready-made badge templates compared to the certificate templates available. Since our use case was mainly sports badges, we wanted more sports-related badge designs and elements. We contacted support regarding this and they said they are already working on adding more badge templates soon.

It would also be great if Zapier integration becomes fully available because then even non-technical people can easily automate workflows without much setup. The support team mentioned it is already in beta and should be released soon. -

CPD Credits That Members Actually Engage With
Date: May 21 2026SummaryGame-changer for member engagement. The verifiable credential standard adds legitimacy that our members use in professional contexts. Pricing is fair for the value delivered, especially compared to legacy certificate platforms that offer none of the trust infrastructure Wauld provides.
PositiveWe issue continuing professional development badges for workshops, webinars, and conferences. Wauld handles all three seamlessly. Member engagement with credentials has tripled since we switched - people share them, display them, and ask for them by name now.
NegativeA native CPD tracker dashboard would be a great addition - we're currently managing that externally.

PositiveThe LinkedIn sharing flow is seamless. Participants at our hackathons are highly motivated to showcase credentials, and Wauld delivers exactly the shareable, verifiable format they want. Setup per event is fast once templates are in place.
NegativeWould love a direct Eventbrite integration to auto-trigger issuance on check-in - currently requires a workaround.

Date: May 18 2026SummaryOur client retention improved after we introduced Wauld credentials as a program deliverable. Participants feel they're walking away with something tangible and verifiable. The platform is stable, the badges look professional, and the support team is genuinely responsive.
PositiveWe run intensive 5-day upskilling programs for enterprise clients. Wauld lets us issue role-specific credentials that employees can share internally and externally. HR teams at client companies have praised the verifiability - no more 'trust me' resumes.
NegativeSending emails from our own domain took some time to configure, had to get on a call with support.

Excellent Certification Solution
Date: May 11 2026SummaryI recently used WAULD for generating and managing certificates for multiple leadership and capacity-building courses conducted by premier Central Government training institutions, and the experience has been outstanding.
Over the past few months, I attended programmes and workshops associated with institutions such as the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service, Indian Institute of Public Administration, and other government-affiliated training platforms. Managing certificates from different institutions usually becomes cumbersome, especially when formats, verification methods, and accessibility differ. WAULD solved this problem remarkably well.
The platform is extremely intuitive, professional, and efficient. Certificate generation is seamless, fast, and visually polished. What impressed me the most was the ease with which verifiable digital certificates could be issued and accessed. The QR-based verification and secure credential management system add a layer of authenticity and credibility that is very important for professional and government training programmes.
WAULD’s interface is clean and user-friendly, even for users who are not very tech-savvy. The automation capabilities significantly reduce manual effort while ensuring accuracy and consistency across certificates. The platform also makes sharing achievements on professional platforms simple and elegant.
In an era where digital credentials and verified learning records are becoming increasingly important, WAULD stands out as a highly reliable and forward-looking solution. I genuinely believe it can become an important part of the digital learning and governance ecosystem in India, especially for government training institutions, academic bodies, and professional development programmes.
Highly recommended for institutions, academies, and organizations looking for a secure, modern, and scalable credentialing platform.Positiveintuitive, professional, and efficient
NegativeThe platform has so many features that it takes a little time to explore everything fully.

Creating fun certificates for school kids became very easy
Updated: May 20 2026SummaryI am a teacher teaching students from 1st to 5th class. Every year we conduct small fun activities and competitions in school, and this time I wanted to give students better and more memorable certificates. Using Wauld, I was able to create beautiful cartoon-based certificates that children really liked. The students were excited to receive them and even parents appreciated the certificate designs. The overall process was smooth and it saved me a lot of manual work compared to creating certificates normally. I also liked that the platform is easy to use even for non-technical people like me. Since our use case was small, the free usage option was very helpful for us. I had a very good experience using Wauld and I would recommend it for schools, teachers, non-profit organizations, and anyone conducting activities for school kids.
PositiveWauld helped me create very colorful and fun certificates for my students from 1st to 5th class. The cartoon templates were very nice and children became very happy after receiving them. I am not from a technical background, but still I was able to design and issue certificates without much difficulty. Adding student names and issuing certificates was also fast and saved me a lot of time. I liked that I could customize the certificates according to different activities and competitions conducted in school. Another good thing is that Wauld is free for smaller issuances and use cases like mine, which was very helpful for our school activities. They also provide good discounts for non-profit organizations and educational use cases, which I really appreciated.
NegativeAt first, it took me some time to understand all the features because Wauld has many customization options in the certificate design section and also multiple configuration options while issuing certificates. But whenever I had doubts, the help articles and support chat guided me properly and made things easier. One thing I feel can be improved is iPad support. Right now, Wauld works mainly as a web application and it is not fully comfortable to use on iPads. It would be very useful if they improve the iPad experience because people like me prefer carrying iPads everywhere as they are easy to use and convenient while working from different places.

Our Members Trust It. Our Board Approved It. That Says Everything.
Date: May 19 2026SummaryCredential integrity is non-negotiable for us. Wauld met our verification standards while still being accessible to members who aren't technically savvy. Worth every penny.
PositiveWauld's DID-backed verification gave our board the confidence to retire our old PDF certificate system entirely. Members can now display credentials on LinkedIn, personal sites, or submit them to employers with full verifiability. The audit trail is clean and accessible.
NegativeOnboarding documentation could be more detailed for non-technical admins - we needed a short call to get fully up to speed.

Perfect for Managing Large-Scale Certificate Issuance
Date: May 21 2026SummaryWauld helped us successfully issue more than 1,000 certificates over a single weekend for our college event. Instead of spending hours creating, exporting, and emailing certificates manually, we were able to manage the entire process from one place. It saved time, reduced errors, and gave recipients a clean digital certificate they could easily access and share. For any institution or event team that needs to issue certificates at scale, Wauld is a practical and reliable platform.
PositiveWe used Wauld for a college event where we had to issue over 1,000 certificates across one weekend. What could have been a stressful manual process became very manageable. The platform made it easy to prepare the certificate design, upload recipient data, issue certificates in bulk, and share them with students without having to track everything manually. The support team was also responsive whenever we had a question, which helped us move quickly during the event.
NegativeThere was a small learning curve at the beginning while setting up the certificate format and organizing the recipient data correctly. Once we understood the flow, the rest of the process was smooth. A few more guided setup tips for first-time bulk issuance would make the experience even better.

Perfect for my use-case
Date: May 11 2026SummaryI have a smallish business that requires certificates in varied templates somewhat frequently. Earlier I had been using Canva for custom creation of those but most of my team didn't have a design background or achieved easy-of-use on Canva. I believe Wauld solved that for me since I don't have to worry much about templates or having much technical prowess to edit them. Made my work much simpler with this.
PositiveEasy to use, solves my problem, plus their team was really helpful explaining the range of services I could use within the product.
NegativeI do hope that they are available on app stores soon. Would be nice to be able to have quick access on our phones to the platform.
