We actually used Zoom for a while before making the switch to WebinarGeek and we don't regret it. WebinarGeek provides a lot of automation to make your life easy.

-it would be great to be able to customize the embed registration form as well

The overall experience is great. This is not only based on the software itself but also on the support of the helpdesk.

Webinargeek is for me the best platform that is available in my native language. It is easy to use and I like the integration with the payment system Mollie in order to give paid webinars.

To be honest I don't really have any major cons. Everything that I need for my webinars is available.

WebinarGeek is the best (Dutch) webinar platform. Their helpdesk is fantastic! They are willing to do everything in their power to answer your questions as soon as possible (very quick) and solve your problems. I wouldn't know what to do without them.

WebinarGeek works very easily. There are many options and the support can really help you further. Obviously not a computer or a layman. Really someone who knows how webinar geek works and really watches the lesson in question with you.

The only issue I've had is that some people were unable to chat during the live webinar. This was probably due to the browser. Webinar clearly functions much better in chrome than in other browsers. You notice that.

One of the better companies i have been in contact with over the recent years. Like i said overall support is fantastic.

Prices are better than the competitors. Support team is fantastic, they respond fast. Thank you Stan for the fantastic technical support. Overall it is easy to use and we can stream in RTMP.

I tried WebinarJam but that didn't fit my needs. WebinarGeek offers a lot more functionality and the looks are way more professional.

I specifically recommend their customer service. They are fast to reply and helpful with solving issues. Or if something's not possible with the platform at least they give an honest answer about that.

Easy to start hosting a live webinar or record a webinar or series of webinars. Offers a good range of possibilities for an affordable price.

Not the greatest option in customising the screens, however a certain degree of customisation is possible.

We have been using the software for more than 3 years and love it. Support is super when you experience hiccups or don’t know your way around the software.
The quality of the stream is always high without hiccups!

We can’t add extra users to manage the account properly. So we don’t need an extra seat to be able to run 2 webinars at a time but want to add “admin” users.

The interface looks great, is easy to use and the client service is quick. One can adapt look and feel, although that might become a little smoother. Now a big logo of mine appears, it doesn't adjust. But overall I am truly satisfied.

I use it for my e-learning courses. And though quality, options and service is perfect, the platform is not so handy if you give a series e-learning courses. That went wrong a few times with my attendants. But I will try it a little longer as the service and looks are so good!

I had a few attendants who couldn't attend a pre-recorded lesson. There was nothing wrong in what I or the attendants did. There was a mysterious error by copying a webinar of an application.

What I absolutely love about WebinarGeek is the fact that they work completely in the browser so I didn't have to download anything (which is sometimes difficult within our company network..) Very easy to set up and host webinars. Lots of great features that made me step up my webinar game!

With my amount of viewers, I wanted a Starter Package, but to get the features I love I needed a Premium subscription.
