At times the mobile app interface could use more polish—desktop/web interface remains more robust currently.

It is usefull for my day to day business need. so no cons for me as such.
Only I inventory can be more advanced, which i am sure will happen.

Nothing major. It would be nice to see more integrations with third-party tools in the future, but the platform already covers most of what we need day-to-day.
