    1.Easy Appointment Management – I used to keep booking records in excel. It was difficult for me to manage. Now managing appointment is easy for me.

    3.Reports – I can check bookin history, invoice at one place
    4. It allows me to generate invoice, which is very good.

    It is usefull for my day to day business need. so no cons for me as such.
    Only I inventory can be more advanced, which i am sure will happen.
